ASN mempunyai kewajiban pengembangan kompetensi selama minimal 20 JP/tahun. Akan tetapi tidak semua ASN dapat mengikuti pelatihan sebagai bentuk pengembangan kompetensi dikarenakan terbatasnya kuota/jumlah pelatihan tatap muka (klasikal) yang tersedia. Regulasi terbaru memberikan alternatif pembelajaran non klasikal yang tidak harus bertatap muka antara lain e-learning, distance learning dan belajar mandiri. Belajar mandiri dapat digunakan siswa untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya menggunakan berbagai sumber belajar yang tersedia baik konvensional dan berbasis pada teknologi informasi. Dalam paper ini akan dibahas salah satu tools pendukung belajar mandiri berupa perancangan intelligent tutoring system menggunakan chatbot pada mata pelatihan barang dalam keadaan terbungkus (BDKT). Perancangan menggunakan framework Design Science Research, mulai dari penetapan tujuan, perancangan desain alur percakapan chatbot, pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan chatfuel, demonstrasi melalui simulasi via Facebook Messenger dan Evaluasi Blackbox. Prototype yang dihasilkan telah dapat mengikuti alur percakapan yang dirancang dan dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung belajar mandiri kapan saja dan dimana saja (domain pelajari materi dan evaluasi) asalkan terkoneksi dengan internet.
Based on data on the website of the Directorate General of Corrections, currently there are 55 children who serve a sentence in Tangerang Juvenile Correctional Facility (LPKA). LPKA provides space for education, care, alleviation, skills training, care as well as supervision for children in difficult times facing life without direct parental assistance. Efforts to improve attitudes and behavior towards children have been carried out through teaching and learning activities education, narcotics rehabilitation and play therapy. One of the other approaches that can be applied is assistive writing therapy. Assertive writing therapy is a means to reflect on the innermost thoughts and feelings of unpleasant even traumatic events. Unfortunate events sometimes make it difficult for children to accept themselves and their environmental conditions coupled with the Covid 19 pandemic situation. The Covid 19 pandemic has prevented families from visiting children to prevent the risk of transmission. Whether assertive writing therapy is effective in the Covid-19 pandemic situation made us interested in doing this research. This research focuses on knowing alternatives for implementing child coaching programs in the Covid 19 pandemic situation. The purpose of this research is to determine how effective assertive writing therapy is for children's self-acceptance. This type of research is quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest research design without a control group design using assistive writing therapy media to 12 children in LPKA (at LPKA Tangerang) who were selected according to the criteria (purposive sampling). The pre-test and post-test knowledge measurement used an instrument in the form of a self-acceptance questionnaire with a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability first. Then the analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon test because it was non-parametric and the samples (12 children) were not normally distributed. The results showed that the value of p = 0.02 ≤ α = 0.05, that is, assertive writing therapy is effective in increasing children's selfacceptance in LPKA Tangerang. Assertive writing therapy has a significant effect on increasing children's selfacceptance in LPKA Tangerang. Assertive writing therapy is recommended to be a practical approach to increase children's self-acceptance while in LPKA. Children will be easier to adapt and actualize, especially in this pandemic situation that requires limited face-to-face communication between humans.
The development of technological advancements and communication in the age of globalization has resulted in very rapid social change. The development of modernization ideals caused society to experience a decline in values in terms of being responsible as good citizens. The millennial community is now increasingly plunged into a problem namely social conflict, lack of critical thinking, and the loss of a sense of social concern for the problems of this nation. The research aims to examine the process of improving Civic Responsibility to form a democratic society as an alternative solution to overcome the problem of citizenship studies that are happening in society. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research subject is focused on the community, Mafindo which is in the city of Surakarta. Data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation, document studies, literature studies, and field notes. Data analysis techniques use interviews, observation, and document analysis to obtain and maintain the validity of the data. The results of the study indicate that the process of building civic responsibility is carried out by the Masyarakat Anti-Fitnah Indonesia (Mafindo) community organization, in the form of the importance of educating, providing knowledge, providing knowledge and changing people's mindsets to act both on social media and in the life of the nation. Building Civic Responsibility has implications for the democratic attitude of citizens. As for doing it build Civic Responsibility basically to provide a solution to overcome the problems faced by the Indonesian nation and also form a society that has a democratic soul to carry out life in the community of the nation and state.
In increasing sales by increasing consumer satisfaction with the quality of coffee sold. A way is needed to make it easier to predict the determination of quality coffee so as to increase the efficiency of the coffee sorting process which does not take a long time and can increase the productivity of companies that have competitiveness. Several developments have been made to improve the performance of the algorithm which has the potential to produce good quality predictions. Import Copy Data into a format that can be processed to a later stage or with a Machine Learning algorithm. Copy data that can be processed is then modified in such a way as to ensure that the data is suitable for use in Data Science or Machine Learning processes. By using coffee data specifications from the plantation to the coffee beans produced, it is expected that coffee quality can be predicted quickly without the need for manual calculations or analysis by humans. The working procedures for selecting the quality of coffee beans are coffee import data, coffee data processing, split test-train coffee data, light gradient enhancement machine, yield prediction, and Performance Prediction Evaluation. The amount of data used is 1,339 data. The dependent variable in this data is Coffee Quality while the rest will be cleaned and processed to serve as an independent variable. The accuracy rate of the algorithm in predicting coffee quality is 72%.
