Islamic education from the time of Rosulullah SAW. to the present day has had a very rapid development, in the world of education many teachers or educational scientists have contributed in the form of discovering Islamic education methods for the advancement of the Islamic generation. But in fact there are still many methods that can only teach material but do not have a direct impact on character education of a child. Here the authors remind that in Islamic education Allah SWT has provided a perfect method in the Qur'an surah An-Nahl verse 125 as a guide for teachers to use this method which affects the heart, mind and behavior of a child. In the Qur'an Surah An-Nahl verse 125, there are three methods taught by Allah SWT to us educators or preachers, namely teaching Islam with bills of wisdom, mauizhal hasanah and discussion. In various methods such as lectures, exemplary examples and other methods are actually inseparable from the three methods contained in Surah An-Nahl verse 125. So here the author explains about the method of Islamic Education in the Qur'an Surat An-Nahl verse 125. Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic boarding school that focuses on memorizing the Qur'an. This paper will describe how Darul Qur'an Islamic boarding schools use WhatsApp video call media in their tahfidz learning. The use of video call media is chosen to facilitate muroja'ah activities where ustadz and ustadzah receive the muroja'ah or listen to the memorization that has been memorized by the students, because students have to keep the Qur'an by repeating the memorization every day. In this research, the author used a descriptive qualitative approach and this research is included in phenomenological research, with data collection techniques used were through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques in this research were data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion. The purpose of this study is of course to find out how the Darul Qur'an Islamic boarding school uses WhatsApp media in facilitating the learning process or the students’ process of Qur’an memorization. The conclusion of the research is that it is still effective to use WhatsApp video call media since almost all of the students’ parents have and use the application. In addition, WhatsApp has the advantages, namely its interface or menu is simple and it is also consider cheaper in internate data usage.

Aliyah's students are in the teenage age range, which has the characteristics of starting to think about future careers. One form of guidance on career aspects for adolescents can be done through career guidance and counseling. Therefore, good management is needed to run effectively and efficiently. Management of career guidance and counseling covers aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The type of research used is qualitative, with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study use interviews, observations, and documentation with the research subject of the head of the Islamic school, deputy head of the Islamic school, guidance and counseling teachers. The data analysis technique used consists of data reduction by eliminating data that is not related to the research, data display, namely presenting data in the form of narratives, tables or charts, as well as conclusion drawing/verification by making conclusions on research data. The technique for checking the validity of the data uses triangulation of sources and techniques. Career guidance and counseling planning at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Tegal has been going well, with the planning stages consisting of preparation, program preparation, the urgency of programming and planning steps for career guidance and counseling programs. The organization of career guidance and counseling is carried out through departmental steps (division of tasks or jobs) with job descriptions for each section in accordance with their competence and authority. In addition, the implementation of career guidance and counseling at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Tegal has been running from class X to class XII students, with individual, group, classical, and special service formats.
