This research is entitled "Facebook Social Media in Rural Communities (case study of Bandar Klippa Village Community against Changes in Communication Psychology)". This study aims to determine the psychological effect of rural community communication on social media Facebook and to find out what are the research criteria for rural communities in choosing social media. The time of the research was carried out from December 2, 2021 – December 10, 2021. The theories that support this research include: Media, Social Media, Facebook, and Village Community. This study uses a qualitative research method (Case Study). The population in this study is the Bandar Klippa Village Community.
This study aims to review the discussion on how the role of the Religious Courts towards the protection of women's rights in the distribution of joint assets in the decision Number 4698/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Tgrs and also how the considerations of the Religious Court Judges based on the Decision Number 4698/Pdt.G/2019 /PA.Tgrs. The research method used is normative juridical with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. Data analysis uses a qualitative approach. The Religious Courts in protecting women's rights in cases of the distribution of joint property have a role and function to examine, adjudicate and decide on a case applying human rights values with respect for human dignity, non-discrimination, equality before the law, justice, benefit, legal certainty, and ex officio judges provide protection for women, by giving 70% of joint property to women and 30% to men by ignoring the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Consideration of judges who ignore women's rights and have a patriarchal mindset towards child support. It is the duty of a man to provide for his children, an obligation that is neglected causes a man to be able to collect wealth while a woman to provide a living for children is the cause of not being able to collect wealth. Judges should consider this to create legal justice.
Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu adalah perjanjian kerja antara pekerja/buruh dengan pengusahauntuk mengadakan hubungan kerja dalam waktu tertentu atau untuk pekerjaan tertentu. Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu didasarkan atas jangka waktu atau selesainya suatu pekerjaan tertentu berdasarkan perjanjian kerja.Pasal mengenai Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu di atur dalam Pasal 59 Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Perusahaan Indomaret cabang Bireuen yang bergerak dalam bidang waralaba harus patuh dan menerapkan ketentuan yang terdapat dalam peraturan Undang-undang Nomor 11 tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dengan perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu atau pekerja kontrak di Indomaret cabang Bireuen dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan terlaksananya perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja/buruh di Indomaret cabang Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian secara yuridis empiris, yaitu suatu pendekatan yang mengacu pada peraturan-peraturan tertulis untuk melihat penerapan pelaksanaannya melalui suatu penelitian lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dengan perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu di Indomaret cabang Bireuen dapat dikatakan sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Namun masih terdapat beberapa bentuk perlindungan hukum yang masih belum dilaksanakan sepenuhnya seperti pekerja yang masih harus bekerjamelebihi jam kerja yang seharusnya. Ada beberapa faktor yang menghambat terlaksananya perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja/buruh, antara lain kurangnya kesadaran hukum dari pihak pengusaha atau perusahaan dan pekerja, dan faktor yang berkaitan dengan perjanjian kerja.
