The study aimed at describing the achievement of evaluation model of character education program in learning Islamic Religion and Attitude subject, in implementing teaching learning activity, extracurricular and implementing character education program in SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. The study used CIPP (Contest, Input, Process, and Product) model as means to conduct evaluation. The approach used in this study was descriptive. The data were collected during evaluation process were by interview, observation, document and questionaire. The data were analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The data sources were headmaster, committee, Islamic Religion teachers, students’ parents, and students of VIII and IX year. Result of the study showed that character education program in learning Islamic Religion and Attitude subject have achieved good result implemented by the school holder. On the stage of context, the mean achievement was 88.33% belonging to effective category. On the stage of input, it has achieved 91.78% belonging to effective category. On the stage of process, it has achieved 87.60% belonging to effective category. Finally, the stage of product showed the mean of 90.04% belonging to effective category.
Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan akhlak terhadap pembentukan karakter eks wanita tuna susila, 2). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pembinaan sholat terhadap pembentukan karakter eks wanita tuna susila, 3). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan akhlak dan pembinaan akhlak terhadap pembentukan karakter bagi eks wanita tuna susila di Panti Pelayanan Sosial Wanita “Wanodyatama” Surakarta Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif di Panti Pelayanan Sosial Wanita “Wanodyatama” Surakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari s.d Maret 2022. Subyek penelitian ini diambil 100% dari jumlah 67 eks wanita tuna susila sebagai responden penelitian. Data diambil melalui kuesioner dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: ada pengaruh signifikan pendidikan akhlak terhadap pembentukan karakter eks wanita tuna susila; ada pengaruh signifikan pembinaan sholat terhadap pembentukan karakter eks wanita tuna susila; dan Ada pengaruh signifikan pendidikan akhlak dan pembinaan sholat terhadap pembentukan karakter eks wanita tuna susila di Panti Pelayanan Sosial Wanita “Wanodyatama” Surakarta Tahun 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan bagi kepala panti memaksimalkan kegiatan yang belum optimal dan mengembangkan metode pembinaan keagamaan yang sudah ada.
Article 27 Paragraph (2) Law Number 2 of 2020 introduces the term "good faith" which forms the basis for the policy of non-prosecution of government officials either criminally or civilly. The good faith phrase has led to public polemics and debates. This article aims to describe the position of Law Number 2 of 2020 as well as the meaning and the concept of "good faith" as found in Law No. 2 of 2020 based on the Civil Code. This research utilizes the library method. The research results show that: first, Law Number 2 of 2020 is an adequate legal instrument to provide a strong foundation for the government and related institutions to make certain necessary policies and measures. Second, the good faith phrase as found in Law No. 2 of 2020 can be interpreted and implemented through 4 (four) indicators, namely: (1) there is business; (2) legal guarantees through regulations that are a win-win solution; (3) implementation of regulations that are appropriate and run optimally; and (4) cooperation between all parties. Kata kunci: Government policy, good faith, civil law, Abstrak: Pasal 27 Ayat (2) Undang-undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2020 menyebut kata "iktikad baik" yang menjadi dasar kebijakan pejabat pemerintah tidak dapat dituntut secara pidana maupun perdata. Frase iktikad baik tersebut sempat menimbulkan polemik dan perdebatan di kalangan masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kedudukan Undang-undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2020 dan sekaligus makna dan konsep "iktikad baik" yang ada dalam undang-undang tersebut berdasar Civil Code. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, UU No. 2 Tahun 2020 merupakan perangkat hukum yang memadai untuk memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi pemerintah dan lembaga-lembaga terkait untuk pengambilan kebijakan dan langkah-langkah tertentu yang diperlukan. Kedua, frase "iktikad baik" yang ada dalam UU No. 2 Tahun 2020 dapat diinterpretasikan dan diterapkan melalui 4 (empat) indikator, yaitu: (1) adanya usaha; (2) jaminan hukum melalui regulasi yang win-win solution; (3) implementasi regulasi tepat dan berjalan maksimal; dan (4) adanya kerja sama antara semua pihak.
This study aims to 1) Analyze the Javanese language considered as a form of local culture at Islamic Boarding School of Al Muttaqien Pancasila Sakti Klaten, 2) Analyze the Javanese Krama language is a concrete manifestation of upholding cultural values in social life at Islamic Boarding School of Al Muttaqien Pancasila Sakti Klaten, 3) Analyze the Javanese language implemented in the formation of character education at Islamic Boarding School of Al Muttaqien Pancasila Sakti Klaten. This research applied descriptive qualitative research method. Data were collected with a natural setting as a direct data source. . The main data sources in this research were kyai, mudir and ustadz (teachers) as well as some students. Based on the results, this study concludes that: 1). Javanese is used as a form of local culture at Islamic Boarding School of Al Muttaqien Pancasila Sakti Klaten. The polite attitude of the Javanese is to follow ethics. 2). The Javanese Krama language is a concrete manifestation of upholding cultural values in social life at Islamic Boarding School of Al Muttaqien Pancasila Sakti Klaten. 3). The application of the Al Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School language in learning is that students use common language interpreted as Javanese. The application of Javanese krama at the Al Muttaqien Pancasila Sakti Islamic Boarding School in the formation of the polite character of students plays a very important role in the growth and development of students in the future.
Secara umum disebutkan dalam UU No 18 Tahun 2019 bahwa pengaturan pada Pesantren diarahkan pada beberapa aspek, yaitu: penyelenggaraan, proses pembelajaran, pengelolaan dana, kerjasama, dan partisipasi masyarakat serta Negara. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan UU 18 Tahun 2019 terhadap rumusan HAM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 (lima) rumusan HAM sebagai perpaduan antara Konferensi Wina 1993 dengan UUD 1945 yang saling terkait satu sama lain, yang dapat digunakan sebagai indikator dalam menjawab sejauhmana penerapan HAM dalam UU Pesantren. Sementara itu terdapat beberapa pasal yang dinilai sejalan dengan kelima indikator tersebut di atas.
