ATM Raskin yang dirancang menggunakan Radio Frekuensi Identifikasi (RFID) dan Internet of things (IOT). ATM beras yang nantinya ditempatkan di kantor kelurahan atau kantor balai desa. Dengan adanya alat ini mempermuda untuk membuat laporan yang sudah tersimpan didalam sistem yang dibuat. Setiap transaksi pada mesin ATM akan mengirimkan informasi kepenanggung jawab mesin ATM yaitu Lurah atau Kepala Desa. Alsintan (agricultural tools and machines) is a government agency assistance program that is given to farmer groups, but the ongoing selection or assessment process is still doing process manually until the final result is not optimal. This study aims to implement a decision support system using the AHP-MOORA (Analytical Hierarchy Process-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis) method, AHP to calculate each criterion weight while MOORA is used in ranking assessments. The implementation of this decision support system designs a program using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. So that this system can facilitate the relevant agencies in selecting appropriate farmer groups by the criteria for effective alsintan assistance recipients. Abstrak: Alsintan (alat dan mesin pertanian) merupakan program bantuan instansi pemerintah yang diberikan kepada kelompok tani, namun proses penyeleksian atau penilain yang berjalan masih melakukan proses secara manual hingga hasil akhirnya kurang maksimal. pada penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan mengunakan metode AHP-MOORA (Analytical Hierarchy proses-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis), AHP untuk menghitung setiap bobot kriteria sedangkan MOORA digunakan dalam penilaian perangkingan. Penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan ini merancang sebuah program dengan mengunakan Bahasa program PHP dan MySQl. Sehingga sistem ini mampu memudahkan pihak instansi terkait dalam memilih kelompok tani yang layak sesuai dengan kriteria penerima bantuan alsintan yang efektif. For this reason, the use of the Technique method for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) in decision support systems in exemplary selection is more effective, to assist management in making decisions. In this research, the criteria used are professionalism, integrity, honesty, responsibility, discipline where the final result of the highest score will be used as a decision in the choice of exemplary leadership.
The purpose were design and develop software engineering web based expert system to diagnose depression on human to get solution and information easily and rapidly. This research used Certainty Factor of analyzed method base of user answer for question in this expert system. Output were showed as user condition related depression and were completed with disease explanation and medical solution which showed in website with PHP programming of MySQL database. The conclution in this research were PHP programming and MySQL database evidently could be implemented in expert system engineering to diagnose depression. Certainty Factor method evidently could commit searching depression symtomp easily and rapidly. Online system could support user to get information about kind of disease, symptom, and medical solution for depression.
