The conception of waqf insan as a reference for i-HDI can improve human development which is the welfare of Muslim society, including this we called the Islamic Man. Human Resources is the capital in national development. The method used in this study is a qualitative study which involving literature study and the main object of this study is to examine the application of Maqashid sharia as a reference to i-HDI in the concept of waqf insan referring to the basic principle of Islamic economic aim, namely Falah. With that, there is an effort to realize i-HDI (Islamic Human Development index) as a reference for measurement in achieving the level of human well-being by fulfilling basic needs so that people get happiness in the world and the hereafter. The reference measurement that proposed as Maqashid Sharia Index (MSI) which has been listed in Maqashid sharia which is maintained religion, soul, mind, descent (honour), and wealth. The five bases that can be referred to as absolute needs that must be fulfilled so that humans could reach Mashlahah.
Waqf is one of Islamic Filantrophy heritage, there is lot of institutions capable of fostering community with waqf and even in the history, waqf capable to building civilization. Gontor the first cottage standing and becomes waqf, so they no longer belong to the family or private. But unfortunately the nearby village community of Gontor that should feeling the impact of Gontor welfare can not so visible. Which Visible is the welfare gaps between Gontor and Society.This research is a qualitative research with Gontor villagers as the object who have direct or indirect relationship with Gontor as well as people who are not related to Gontor but stayed in the Gontor village. the method used is non-prbability sampling that is purposive sampling. Data collected through interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using the method of Miles and Huberman through data reduction, data display and then summed to determine the contribution of Gontor waqf Against Neighborhood soceity. The results of this study is that the management of Waqf in Gontor runs very well even with the emergence of a rapidly growing business units, Gontor productive waqf also seek to contribute to the welfare of the village community Gontor, and all indicators of Maqasid Shari'ah can be met, especially in the field of economic independence.
This study aims to find out how the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) conducted which can be used in further research. Also to find out how the factors need to be grouping and then confirmed to assess the degree to which the data meet the expected structure. The author has conducted a survey of 124 respondents. The respondents were asked to give their responses on a five-point Likert scale through a questionnaire. The data has been analyzed with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) using Varimax rotation, which reduced the data into several factors. The findings of this study indicate that product, service satisfaction, price satisfaction, promotion, and customer hospitality influence customer satisfaction of Parklatz Café in Ponorogo City.
The purpose of this study was to determine whether socioeconomic factors, production factors, religiosity factors, and transparency factors influence the selection of agricultural production sharing models in the Residency of Madiun. This research is quantitative with multiple regression analysis. Based on the T-test, socioeconomic factors partially have a significant influence on the selection of agricultural production sharing models in the Madiun Residency of 3.701. Meanwhile, the factor of religiosity has a significant effect on the selection of agricultural production sharing models in the Madiun Residency with a significance level of 0.039. Furthermore, the factor of production does not have a significant effect with a significance level of 0.778. Finally, it is a factor that has a significant influence on the selection of revenue sharing models with a significance level of 0.008. While based on ANOVA test results, the F count of 10.288 with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, which means that socioeconomic, religiosity, production, and transparency factors simultaneously have an influence on the selection of revenue sharing models.
