A multi and interdisciplinary teamwork was developed on the integration of basic sciences among themselves and their contribution to professional training. Work was done on the identification of essentialities, organization and structuring of contents according to the requirements and precedence relationships of the Nursing discipline. The general objective was to identify the interdisciplinary relationships between the basic sciences of the nursing career to improve the quality of teaching. A qualitative and descriptive study was carried out through a historical-logical analysis based on documents, syllables, teachers of the basic training semesters and students. Interviews with teachers and student surveys were applied and it was found that there is a need to develop methodological career work aimed at disciplinary integration. Failures were detected such as an inadequate perception of the students about the role of interdisciplinarity in their training, no planning of methodological career activities that promote interdisciplinarity, dissatisfaction with integration in knowledge-integrating projects, and the need for methodological proposals for the interdisciplinarity from the first year of the degree. An integration of the contents was achieved with an inter and transdisciplinary approach, which is recognized as having a favorable impact on academic success and the quality of teacher training.
RESUMENEn el Ecuador, provincia de Manabí cantón Jipijapa, en la década de los años 70 se produce un éxodo, a otras ciudades del país, trayendo consigo la pérdida de conocimientos tradicionales asociados con la agricultura, y todo tipo de formas de trabajo comunitario. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo rescatar las costumbres ancestrales, para mejorar la economía y el medio ambiente del cantón Jipijapa, generando bioconocimiento, para proteger, recuperar, catalogar, socializar, tradiciones de saberes ancestrales, innovación y producción de bienes ecosistémicos, mediante el diálogo de saberes y la participación de los generadores de estos conocimientos. Child malnutrition can occur for various reasons and affect the human body in systemic form, with emphasis on children from zero to three years, with unforeseen complications, can be reversible with timely and comprehensive management of a multidisciplinary team. The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between socioeconomic factors and the nutritional status of children under 3 years of age in the First of November citadel of the Jipijapa canton. It is a qualitative study, which used a descriptive and phenomenological methodology, through the use of theoretical methods such as: analysis-synthesis, historical-logical, abstraction; Empirical studies such as the survey carried out on mothers, in addition to interviews with health personnel and statisticians for the mathematical analysis of the results obtained, among them it was evidenced how demographic - socioeconomic factors can negatively affect the nutritional status in children of the canton. Jipijapa for the social conditions of this community studied by students and teachers of the nursing career from the assessment of the nutritional status of children in this age range that was carried out through anthropometric indicators.
Las úlceras por presión (UPP), forman parte de los grandes síndromes geriátricos, son un problema de la práctica médica cotidiana, que afecta a toda la población, aunque se presentan con mayor frecuencia, en ancianos con diferentes discapacidades, o en etapa terminal. El objetivo es prevenir las causas de úlceras por presión en sus diferentes formas de aparición en pacientes geriátricos, para poder mejorar su calidad de vida. La metodología utilizada es cualitativa, descriptiva; que permitió conocer cómo se manifiesta este problema en términos frecuencia, características, condiciones, incidencia y prevalencia. Se aplicaron métodos teóricos y empíricos como análisis documental, encuestas y entrevista para verificar las insuficiencias en el manejo y cuidado de las lesiones por esta enfermedad, que tiene una predominancia en pacientes que consta en un rango de edad entre los 61 a 70 años, con un porcentaje de 41,3% en usuarias de género femenino, en un porcentaje de 63,6% siendo estos los casos de usuarios que han sufrido traumatismo, fracturas, se encuentran encamados en un 27,5 % o ensillados en un 26,5%. La forma de prevenir las ulceras por presión es de vital importancia ya que se podrá demostrar las causas, diferentes estadios, evolución de la enfermedad; proporcionar formación y educación a los cuidadores, desarrollar una continuidad de servicios sociales y de salud que sean asequibles, accesibles, de gran calidad y respetuosos con la edad, y que tengan en cuenta las necesidades y los derechos de las mujeres y los hombres a medida que envejecen.Palabras claves: prevención, pacientes, geriátricos, ulceras por presiónABSTRACTPressure ulcers (UPP), are part of the biggest geriatric syndromes, they’re a problem of everyday medical practice, this affect to all population, although they occur more frequently, in elderly with different disabilities, or terminal stage. The methodology used is qualitative, descriptive, and it allowed to know how this problem manifests in terms of frequency, characteristics, conditions, incidence and prevalence. El manejo y disposición de residuos sólidos en el mundo constituye un gran problema y es grave en las ciudades de los países en desarrollo y de este fenómeno social no se excluyen las instituciones educativas, es indispensable que los estudiantes se actualicen sobre este tema tan actual. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar las actividades relacionadas con el manejo de desechos sólidos de los estudiantes para mejorar el cuidado del medio ambiente en las instituciones docentes, es un estudio cualitativo, que utiliza la metodología exploratoria, de campo y bibliográfica, a través de métodos teóricos como: el análisis-síntesis, la abstracción, el histórico lógico para estudiar cómo evolucionó este proceso, además los empíricos como: entrevistas, encuestas, observaciones, revisión de documentos a directivos, docentes, estudiantes y padres, para constatar las insuficiencias que se presenta con respecto a la sistematización del manejo de desechos sólidos en la institución. Se diseñó una propuesta de actividades para mejorar el manejo de desechos sólidos y el cuidado del medio ambiente, orientada a fomentar la comprensión de la problemática y sus consecuencias en la salud de los estudiantes y su impacto negativo en el medio ambiente.
