The purpose of research is the analysis of marketing strategies in enhancing the image. This study is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Techniques of collecting data through observation, documentation and interview . The study found that elementary school education services Islam Surya Buana prioritize its efforts on the fulfillment of expectations and customer satisfaction. Marketing education in improving the image of the school performed in some of the strategies; direct strategy and indirect strategy, difference strategy, financing strategy. However, an effective strategy in SD Islam Surya Buana is to show proof of the quality of graduates and image building service satisfaction through word of mout. The impact of marketing strategy for imaging in SDI Surya Buana are; a). The high of customer loyalty (public understanding). b). Public confidence is getting stronger (public confidence), c). The existence of public support (public support), d). The establishment of effective cooperation between schools and parents (public corporation). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa layanan jasa pendidikan di SD Islam Surya Buana memprioritaskan pada upaya terpenuhinya harapan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pemasaran pendidikan dalam meningkatkan citra dilakukan sekolah dalam beberapa strategi; strategi langsung, strategi tidak langsung, strategi perbedaan, strategi pembiayaan. Namun demikian stategi yang efektif di SD Islam Surya Buana adalah dengan menunjukkan bukti kualitas lulusan dan membangun citra kepuasan layanan melalui berita dari mulut ke mulut. Dampak strategi pemasaran dan implikasinya terhadap pencitraan di SDI Surya Buana adalah; a). Tingginya loyalitas pelanggan pengguna jasa pendidikan. b). Kepercayaan masyarakat semakin kuat, c). Adanya dukungan masyarakat, d). Terjalinnya kerjasama yang efektif antara sekolah dan orang tua siswa. Kata kunci: Layanan jasa, pemasaran jasa, pemasaran pendidikan
Social media has now evolved and integrated into various industrial sectors including the education sector. The use of social media and online media as a learning media increased as covid-19 spread was no exception for UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The aims of this study observed how students use and understand online e-learning applications. This research is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. A total of 43% of respondents said they did not want the lecture to be conducted online where the majority of respondents expressed a lack of understanding of UIN Raden Intan Lampung's e-learning activities, but there were two learning activities namely forums and chats that had a s considerable majority of answers of 40% and 37%. The majority of respondents said they had only received information about the use of E-Leaning UIN Raden Intan Lampung in less than 1 month where 25% of respondents said they had information about how to use UIN Raden Intan Lampung E-learning from friends followed by lecturers and UIN Website Raden Intan Lampung. Penggunaan media sosial dan media online sebagai media pembelajaran meningkat seiring merebaknya penyebaran virus Covid-19 tidak terkecuali UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati bagaimana penggunaan dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap aplikasi pembelajaran online e-learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sebanyak 43% responden menyatakan kurang menginginkan perkuliahan dilaksanakan secara daring dimana mayoritas responden menyatakan kurang paham dengan aktivitas pembelajaran e-learning UIN Raden Intan Lampung, namun terdapat dua aktivitas pembelajaran yaitu forum dan chat yang memiliki mayoritas jawaban cukup besar 40% dan 37%. Mayoritas responden 56% menyatakan baru memperoleh informasi tentang penggunaan E-Leaning UIN Raden Intan Lampung kurang dari 1 bulan dimana 25% responden menyatakan memperoleh informasi tentang cara penggunaan E-learning UIN Raden Intan Lampung dari teman diikuti oleh dosen dan Website UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Abstrak: Pelatihan kewirausahaan pembuatan camilan jagung manis ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam rangka pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Alam desa. Sumber Daya Alam Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Pekalongan Kabupaten Lampung Timur yang sangat potensial diantaranya adalah jagung manis, namun belum optimal dalam hal pemanfaatanya sebagai sumber pendapatan. Indikator dari kesejahteraan Indonesia salah satunya adalah kemandirian kaum perempuannya. Oleh karena itu dalam kegiatan ini diberikan pelatihan dan pemberdayaan perempuan khususnya anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani agar memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan cara pembuatan camilan dari jagung manis, serta menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan dengan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development. Sebelum pelatihan diadakan pretest dan pada akhir pelatihan diadakan posttest untuk melihat pemahaman materi dari anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani. Hasil pelatihan ini terdapat peningkatan pemahaman materi tentang kewirausahaan bagi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani serta telah berhasil dalam pembuatan jagung manis untuk camilan. Abstract: This entrepreneurial training in making sweet corn snacks aims to empower the Women Farmers Group in the context of utilizing village natural resources. Natural resources in Wonosari Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency, which have great potential include sweet corn, but it is not optimal in terms of its utilization as a source of income. One of the indicators of Indonesia's welfare is the independence of its women. Therefore, in this activity, training and empowerment of women, especially members of the Women Farmers Group, were given to have the knowledge and skills on how to make sweet corn snacks, as well as foster an entrepreneurial spirit. The method used is the method of socialization and training with an Asset Based Community Development approach. Before the training a pretest was held and at the end of the training a posttest was held to see the understanding of the material from the members of the Women Farmers Group. The result of this training is that there is an increase in material understanding of entrepreneurship for members of the Women Farmers Group and has succeeded in making sweet corn for snacks.
This study aims to describe the role of school public relations in the implementation of education at SMP IT Ar-Raihan Bandar Lampung which is related to: 1) The role of school public relations in planning school programs, 2) the role of school public relations in implementing school programs, 3) the role of school public relations. in the activities of supervising school programs, 4) the role of school public relations in evaluating school programs, 5) forms of community support in the implementation of education. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Informants in this study were principals, public relations, educators. Data collection techniques in this study using interview and documentation techniques, test the validity of the data using triangulation, namely triangulation of sources and data. The results of this study indicate that: In the activities of planning school programs at SMP IT Ar-Raihan, public relations contribute to providing proposals for a program that will be run. In school program implementation activities, public relations contribute to promoting school programs through social media such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, and websites. Then in the activities of supervising school programs, public relations contribute to overseeing the programs being run to find out whether the program is running or not. For school program evaluation activities can be carried out by public relations by evaluating old programs, analyzing new programs, and fixing programs. In line with that, the form of support from the parents of students to SMP IT Ar-Raihan is in the form of procurement of fees.
