The development of information technology is currently causing increase fierce competition between industries. The competition has an impact on the development of the micro small and medium business sector (MSME). The MSMEs sector are often less aware on the importance of information technology in this case the use of online trading system (e-commerce) which used to increase the scope of product sales and can speed up existing business processes. Especially MSMEs in Malang District are limited to self-taught sales without using information technology support. This has an impact on the products sold that are not widely known by the public in general which causes MSME revenues to tend to be low. Therefore, in this study trying to design an e-commerce application that aims to increase the income of Micro Small Medium Enterprises in Malang Districts.

PMB STIKI Online memanfaatkan website sebagai media untuk memberikan informasi terkait perkuliahan di STIKI Malang. Pengembangan sebuah website harus melalui beberapa pedoman usability untuk memastikan tujuan website tersebut dapat dicapai. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan menggunakan user-centered design dengan melibatkan pengguna pada proses perancangan untuk menghasilkan website yang dapat diterima pengguna. STIKI PMB Online sebelumnya belum pernah dievaluasi terkait komplain dari calon mahasiswa tentang sulitnya menemukan informasi yang ingin didapatkan. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada STIKI PMB Online tersebut diharapkan dapat terselesaikan pada solusi desain yang akan dilakukan. Penelitian ini membahas mulai dari penetapan konteks penggunaan dan spesifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, analisis permasalahan, perancangan desain solusi, dan hasil evaluasi desain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi dapat terselesaikan dengan aturan desain yang terdapat dalam standarisasi usability.

Technology developments that have entered the Society 5.0 era encourage organizations to accelerate the digital transformation process, also encourage MGBK SMA Malang City to develop a website portal to facilitate the organization's business processes in providing a broad impact on the organization. However, the obstacle that often arises in making websites is the incompatibility of the interface with the wishes of the user. Therefore, this study using a usercentered design method to suit the needs of users and organizations. This study indicates that the use of user-centered design methods serves to improve the fit between user needs and the organization's business processes.

Schools can use technological advances by creating a school profile website. The school profile website can be used by schools as a promotional media and provide information. All this time, the website profile of SMPN21 Malang's school profile has been made improperly, its appearance is not attractive, and its access speed is so slow. The appearance of an unattractive school profile website and slow access speeds give the impression that SMPN21 Malang is not serious about using technology. From the problems that are owned by SMPN21 Malang, it is necessary to change the website profile of the school they have. In this research, the application of mobile-first interface design for the SMPN21 Malang school profile website was implemented using the interface development method, Human-Centered Design. Usability testing results show the usability of the prototype interface design that has been made has an average of 86.66%. While the results of testing the average access speed is 2.66 seconds.

Perkembangan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap dunia pendidikan terutama teknologi berperan sebagai media penyebaran informasi melalui internet. Dengan adanya teknologi maka informasi dapat diakses dengan sangat cepat dan mudah. Sistem informasi berbasis web merupakan salah satu produk dari perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Melalui sistem informasi pengelolaan data tidak memiliki batasan tempat dan waktu. Pengembangan sistem informasi karya inovatif di STIKI Malang dibutuhkan untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data karya yang sudah dibuat oleh mahasiswa maupun dosen. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi karya inovatif ini adalah metode waterfall, karena metode ini memiliki struktur yang berurutan sehingga proses pengembangan menjadi lebih terkontrol. Pengembangan sistem informasi karya inovatif STIKI Malang menggunakan aplikasi open source yaitu CMS (Content Management System) Wordpress guna mempercepat proses pengembangan sistem informasi. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan beberapa plugins wordpress seperti Advanced Custom Fields dan Pods – Custom Content Types and Fields. Sistem informasi karya mahasiswa yang sudah dibuat dilakukan proses pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing untuk memastikan semua fungsi sistem informasi berjalan dengan baik.
