Every year, the number of vehicles is increasing due to the development of the population, economy and improvement in living standard. Although there are parking lots, there are still many drivers who park their vehicles in places where they can disrupt the smooth flow of traffic. The application of a parking reporting system uses the Google Maps API to mark areas and get coordinates for reporting illegal parking. The process of marking the parking ban area uses the polygon method with the number of roads as test data as many as 14 street names, 25 parking ban areas and 100 coordinate points (latitude, longitude). Every report on illegal parking has images and coordinates of location reporting that will automatically be validated by the system. The validation process by the system uses the JavaScript API Geometry library to get the results of whether a reported vehicle is in the parking ban area. Of the 12 coordinate points randomly placed with 6 positions inside the parking ban area and 6 outside the parking ban area, the system is able to validate the data correctly. Meskipun telah tersedia tempat parkir masih banyak terdapat pengendara yang memarkirkan kendaraannya disembarang tempat sehingga mengganggu kelancaran arus lalu lintas. Penerapan sistem pelaporan parkir menggunakan API Google Maps untuk menandai area dan mendapatkan koordinat pelaporan parkir liar. Proses penandaan area larangan parkir menggunakan polygon dengan jumlah jalan sebagai data uji sebanyak 14 nama jalan, 25 area larangan parkir dan 100 titik koordinat (latitude, longitude). Setiap pelaporan parkir liar terdapat gambar dan koordinat lokasi pelaporan yang secara otomatis divalidasi oleh sistem. Proses validasi oleh sistem menggunakan library geometry Maps API JavaScript untuk mendapatkan hasil apakah suatu kendaraan yang dilaporkan berada dalam area larangan parkir. Dari 12 titik koordinat yang diletakkan secara acak dengan 6 posisi berada di dalam area larangan parkir dan 6 berada di luar area larangan parkir, sistem mampu memvalidasi data dengan benar.
Angkasa Photo Studio is a company engaged in photography services that offers a variety of products such as photo studios, graduations, family, documentation, weddings, products and others. In carrying out its activities, Angkasa Photo Studio requires an information system software whose use is to establish maximum communication with consumers and strive for continuous sales to them to increase company income such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Especially in recent years the Covid-19 pandemic has certainly greatly disrupted people's mobility, especially in obtaining information about the marketing of goods and services. After the research, there were problems, namely a decline in sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic and in carrying out marketing activities they still applied conventional methods and there was no system to establish maximum communication with consumers. Based on these problems, the researcher tries to design a website-based CRM system that can identify customer satisfaction with Angkasa Photo Studio's services. In designing this system using the PHP programming language and using Mysql as a database. After the researcher succeeded in designing a website-based CRM system at Angkasa Photo Studio, the results showed that the system designed was able to identify consumer satisfaction with Angkasa Photo Studio services, was able to establish more optimal communication with customers, and the system was able to market products and promos and customers did not need to come. Penyebaran covid-19 ditetapkan sebagai pandemi yang telah menyebar ke seluruh penduduk di dunia dan salah satau yang terkena pandeminya adalah Indonesia. Dalam mengurangi penyebaran covid-19 ini, maka pemerintah mengeluarkan aturan untuk meminimalisir angka positif dari pandemic tersebut. Aturan yang ditetapkankan antara lain adalah pembatasan sosial berskala besar yang dimana dlalam dunia Pendidikan juga menerapkan aturan tersebut. Pada sistem Pendidikan diuat menjadi sistem daring yang tadinya dengan sistem tatap muka. Dengan keluarnya aturan sistem daring ini menimbulkan pro dan kontra dalam menanggapinya. Masyarakat ada yang keberatan dengan mengharuskan adanya koneksi internet untuk menjalani proses pembelajarannya yang mana akan mengeluarkan biaya lebih untuk hal tersebut. Terkait permasalahan tersebut, berita tentang penerapan sistem pembelajaran daring ramai di sosial media salah satunya adalah youtube. Pembahasan tentang sistem daring ini membuat masyarakat beropini dalam kolom komentar yang disediakan oleh media sosial tersebut. Berbagai opini masyarakat yang muncul, sehingga penelitian ini dapat menilai suatu sentiment yang terdapat di media sosial tersebut mengenai sistem pembelajaran daring ini. Penelitian mencoba menggunakan metode naïve bayes dan algoritma deep learning sekuensial LDA yang mana masih dalam tahap suatu percobaan dengan menetapkan hasil secara manual tetapi sesuai prosedur dari masing-masing metode. Didapat dalam metode naïve bayes ditemukan komentar negatif sebesar 65,33% dan nilai psositif sebesar 23,33% dengan nilai akurasi yang didapat sebesar 56,45%. Sedangkan menggunakan metode algoritma deep learning sekuensial LDA didapat komentar yang positif sebanyak 35, yang negatif 95, dan netral 17 dari 150 data yang diambil dari 5 video yang ada di youtube. Dilihat dari hasil dengan metode yang telah diterapkan yang bernilai besar adalah nilai negatif dari pembahasan tersebut.
In designing this automatic system, the research methodology used is the data collection method and the development method. The data collection method consisted of literature study and experiment. For the development method, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method is used which includes the requirements planning, process and design, implementation stages. In after-sales service, the company has not been able to maximize service of customer complaints or questions.Based on the existing problems, the authors built a help desk software web application. This web application uses waterfall as a method of development. The design of this application uses Node.js platform and uses a Microsoft SQL Server as a database. From the results of software design, it is expected to help the company in handling every customer who needs so as to improve service and produce accuracy in finding the data needed.
