The purpose of this research is to produce perceptual motoric games as an effort to anticipate students from perceptual motoric disorders due to the rise of online games, to stimulate creativity and innovation of physical education teachers in developing learning materials for Physical Education. This research method use is research and development. Small-scale trial was conducted at the Integrated Islamic elementary School in Mus'hab Bin Umair. Large-scale trials were carried out in the Palembang Elementary School 222, and the Palembang Elementary School 225. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that was assessed by experts and practitioners. Data anlisis technique is done that is descriptive quantitative analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. This study produced five types of Perceptual Motoric games namely, Balap Ban Games, Estafet Ban Games, Panjat Ban Games, Lompat Ban Games and Triple Ban Games. Based on the results of the assessment of experts and practitioners that the perceptual motoric game model is categorized as very good and effective, so this game model can be applied in Physical Education learning for elementary school students.Keywords: games, perceptual motoric, physical education, studentAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan permainan perceptual motoric sebagai upaya antisipasi siswa dari gangguan perseptual motorik karena maraknya game online, menstimulus kreatifitas dan inovasi guru pendidikan jasmani dalam mengembangkan materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani. Uji coba kelompok besar dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Nitegeri 222 Palembang, dan Sekolah Dasar 225 Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dinilai oleh para ahli dan praktisi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima macam permainan perceptual motoric yakni Permainan Balap Ban, Permainan Estafet Ban, Permainan Panjat Ban, Permainan Lompat Ban dan, Permainan Triple Ban. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari para ahli dan praktisi bahwa model permainan perseptual motorik berkategori sangat baik dan efektif, dengan demikian model permainan ini dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani pada siswa sekolah dasar.Kata Kunci: permainan, perseptual motorik, pendidikan jasmani, siswa
The researcher aims to determine whether there is an effect of plyometrics training on shooting accuracy in futsal games. The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of plyometrics training on shooting accuracy in futsal games for extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. The method used in this study using the experimental method. The types of research used in this study were pretest, treatment and posttest where all participants were given plyometrics training. The sample in this study were 20 extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. Based on the data from the initial test (pretest) and posttest (posttest), the shooting accuracy showed that the results of the initial test obtained the lowest score of 18 and the highest score of 34, after being treated for 5 weeks the participants experienced an increase in the lowest score of 28 and the highest score of 48. It turns out that there is an effect of plyometrics training on shooting accuracy in futsal games for extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. From the results of the analysis using statistical tests, it can be concluded that tcount is 14.038 ttable is 2.093, so reject Ho and accept Ha means, "There is an effect of plyometrics training on shooting accuracy in futsal games for extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 35 Palembang".
The purpose of this study was to determine how much anxiety the football players from PGRI Palembang University had. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results showed that the anxiety of football players at PGRI Palembang University was based on 2 factors, namely intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors of 77.61% players do not experience anxiety and 22.38% players experience anxiety. Extrinsic factor is 78.25% of players do not experience anxiety and 21.74% of players experience anxiety. In conclusion, the anxiety of football players at PGRI Palembang University in facing matches is in the low category. Keywords: Anxiety, Football Player, Match
Pencak silat adalah olahraga dalam seni bela diri sekaligus budaya bangsa Indonesia dan salah satu pembinaan psikologi yang perlu dikembangkan untuk seorang atlet pencak silat adalah pembinaan kepribadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepribadian atlet Pencak Silat Perguruan Himssi Komisariat Iwari Kota Palembang yang dilihat dari stabilitas emosional, disiplin, dan kepercayaan diri. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Instrumen yang dipakai untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert yang diberikan kepada atlet Pencak Silat Perguruan Himssi Komisariat Iwari Kota Palembang sebanyak 34 atlet pencak silat dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kepribadian atlet Pencak Silat Perguruan Himssi Komisariat Iwari Kota Palembang, dilihat dari stabilitas emosional, disiplin, dan kepercayaan diri, yaitu pada persentase 79% dan berada pada kriteria baik.
