This study aims to analyze and compare the condition of Islamic banking financial performance in the ASEAN region using the method of the Islamicity Performance Index. The analytical method used is the analysis of financial ratios and different test analyses using the non-parametric method Kruskal Wallis where first performed the analysis of normality test using Kolmogorov Smirnov analysis and homogeneity using Levene Statistic test. Based on the calculation of different test statistics, the five countries in the ASEAN region have financial performance through different IPI methods significantly, where the seven ratios of PSR, ZPR, EDRQD, EDRBG, EDRLB, II vs NII, and IInc vs NIInc have Sig 2-tailed <0.05. from the calculation of the ratio, the Philippines and Thailand have the value of the ratio of halal income and investment to the revenue, and the haraam investment is the least meaning that the two countries are still doing business through the forbidden, while the PSR ratio, only Indonesia is focused in conducting business through the principle of risk through musyarakah and mudharabah contracts with PSR value> 30%. On this result, the Sharia councils of each country should be more intensive in controlling the compliance of shari'a from the management of Islamic banking business.
<p>ABSTRAK. Metode pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Multimedia development life cycle melalui Enam tahap meliputi: konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan materi, pembuatan, pengujian dan distribusi. Hasil uji program melalui uji Blackbox menunjukkan fitur-fitur fungsionalitas telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. In general, the current education system in tertiary institutions uses visual learning media that is channeled through a projector, so it is still ineffective in visualizing lecture material for students. On the other hand, the development of Information Technology allows the use of interactive multimedia which is equipped with a controller that can be operated by the user, so that the user can control the learning system effectively. This paper presents the concept of implementing the multimedia development life cycle in interactive learning media applications. Multimedia development life cycle based on learning media development methods through six stages including: concept, design, material gathering, manufacture, testing and distribution. The test results of the program through the Blackbox test show that the functionality features are in accordance with user needs. Madrasa are in a condition of interrelated problems, including inadequate funding, inadequate facilities, modest teachers and attending more than one school, low quality, lack of enthusiasm, low innovation, and low interest. Madrasas do not yet have an internal quality assurance. This research aims to reveal the implementation of quality management in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Cimahi City, Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach that is describing phenomena in the implementation of quality in private madrasas. Data collection techniques used interview studies with the headmaster, deputy headmaster and educators; documentation study relating to documents related to 8 standards in madrasas; observational studies namely the implementation of quality, internal quality assurance in madrasas. The results showed that the low quality of education in the madrasas had an impact on funding madrasas that still did not have financial independence, madrassas still relied on madrasah operational assistance and monthly fees from students. The academic quality assurance agenda is carried out maximally by the madrasah academic community.
The issue raised in this research is to discuss an evaluation of the sharia principles of electronic money (called E-Money) product owned by Bank Syariah Mandiri towards the operational mechanisms encompass transaction, flow, contract and managerial aspects of this product. This study aims to analyze E-Money product from a sharia perspective using the benchmark of fiqh muamalat which has been contained in the DSN-MUI fatwa, and related laws and regulations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. By using the method of content analysis and using interviews, involved observation, this research uses documentation study as the data collection technique. The conclusion from the writing of this thesis is that from a review of sharia principles, there are sharia problems in the aspect of the contract, this is because this product does not have a contract nomenclature in product operations that creates ambiguity (Gharar), as well as from the transaction aspect because the bank does not restrict or control goods which are sold by merchants in collaboration with banks, so it is feared that they can be used to buy non-halal goods.
