Abstraksi : Publikasi merupakan sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi yang diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan wawasan ilmiah bagi seseorang. Dalam perguruan tinggi publikasi ilmiah bisa berbentuk majalah, jurnal, ataupun koleksi digital berupa e-journal dan e-book yang saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang tak terbantahkan untuk digunakan bagi pendukung proses belajar mengajar ataupun sebagai kegiatan proses kreatif segenap civitas akademika untuk memunculkan ide ide segar sebagai pendukung penelitian. Maka tidaklah mengherankan apabila perpustakaan sebagai perpustakaa riset dengan menyediakan publikasi ilmiah yang menyediakan beragam informasi . Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya muncul koleksi repository yang lebih mengkhususkan diri untuk mengelola dokumen yang dihasilkan oleh sebuah instansi dalam hal ini perguruan tinggi dengan sebutan literature kelabu (grey literature) yang dapat berupa dokumen yang khas dan , buku-buku yang jarang didapatkan di pasar buku dan juga dokumen yang sering disebut local content. Publikasi local content ini saat ini menjadi salah satu ukuran tolok ukur akreditasi perguruan tinggi sehingga semakin mengokohkan publikasi ilmiah sebagai salah satu instrument penilaian akreditasi perguruan tinggi. ABSTRACT: Publication is a means to convey information that is expected to contribute positively to the development of scientific insight for a person. In college, scientific publications can be in the form of magazines, journals, or digital collections such as e-journals and e-books that are now an indispensable requirement to be used for teaching and learning process support or as creative activities of the entire academic community to generate ideas Fresh as research supporters. Since March 24, 2020 Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta has started implementing distance learning so that teaching and learning activities is carried out online. UAJY supports units have adjusted the policy by providing online services. This of course will make it difficult for libraries to serve their collections. Service that was originally carried out face-to-face must be done online, such as book lending services, which can no longer be done in person. In order to continue to be able to assist users in accessing the information provided, library services are emphasized on online services such as electronic books (e-books) and electronic journals (e-journals). The presence of a collection of e-books and e-journals is expected to be able to meet the needs of users in finding reference sources. This research will be prioritized to explore answers to the following questions: How do students perceive online services to support to study performance? To what extent is the level of use of online collections (e-books and e-journals) in supporting to study performance? The method of this research is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative research with descriptive format aims to explain, summarize various conditions, situations, or variables that arise in the community that are the object of research based on what happened.
A B S T R A C T Libraries in the present era are faced with millennial users who have a lifestyle that is very much the opposite of the previous generation so that libraries also experience a transformation in serving users. The characteristics of users are very different so that librarians must understand their habits, behavior, passions and lifestyle. With this research it is hoped that it will be known to what extent users have used the UAJY library website as an effort to support their study performance. By understanding this research, the UAJY library will know to what extent the benefits of this website service and how users perceive the services provided to be considered by the library in managing the UAJY library website. With the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between interest in access to the quality of service information through the UAJY library website and there is a positive relationship between onsite visits to the information quality/clarity of information on the UAJY library website, this research will prove that the library website is able to answer the needs of users. From this research, the researcher can conclude that the information presented on the UAJY library website is of high quality with the characteristics of the level of community trust in the software on the website. Karakteristik pemustaka menjadi sangat berbeda sehingga pustakawan harus memahami kebiasaan, perilaku, passion dan juga gaya hidup mereka Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan akan diketahui sampai sejauh mana para pemustaka telah menggunakan website perpustakaan UAJY sebagai upaya untuk mendukung kinerja studi mereka. Dengan hipotesis bahwa ada hubungan positif antara minat akses terhadap kualitas informasi layanan melalui website perpustakaan UAJY dan ada hubungan positif antara kunjungan onsite terhadap kualitas informasi/kejelasan informasi yang ada pada website perpustakaan UAJY, maka dalam penelitian ini akan dibuktikan bahwa website perpustakaan mampu menjawab kebutuhan pemustaka. Dari penelitian ini peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa informasi yang disajikan pada website perpustakaan UAJY berkualitas dengan ciri-ciri tingkat kepercayaan civitas terhadap software pada website tetap mendapatkan prioritas utama sehingga pemeliharaan maintenance dan upaya-upaya pemeliharaan agar website terbebas dari hack terus menerus untuk dilakukan oleh pengelola serta konten website perpustakaan UAJY merupakan hal yang krusial dan menjadi komitmen dari para pengelola untuk selalu memperbarui konten dan faktor interaktif komunikasi antara pemustaka dan pustakawan merupakan hal yang krusial untuk mendapatkan perhatian sehingga ada jaminan bahwa setiap kesulitan pemustaka dalam informasi dapat ditemukan jalan keluar melalui hubungan komunikasi yang baik dengan pustakawan UAJY.
