Background The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has caused uncertainty in many economic sectors. An entrepreneurial leadership style can become an alternative method of leadership for facing uncertainty. Methods This study uses secondary data from the Scopus website as samples. The samples are papers from Indonesia, China, and the USA. Data were collected through the Scopus website, using keywords entrepreneurial and leadership, saved into a CSV file, and processed using VOSviewer. The findings were analyzed using a systematic search. Results Entrepreneurial leadership as a topic was more prevalent in China than Indonesia and the USA. There were 101 papers from Chinese authors, 28 from Indonesian authors, and 575 from USA authors. However, there was no topic of entrepreneurial leadership connected to the strings of the topic of COVID-19. This study also found that inclusive leadership was used in China and local government leadership was used by the USA government to anticipate the impact of COVID-19. Conclusions Entrepreneurial leadership was not used for COVID-19 pandemic management in USA, China, and Indonesia as a research trend.
Panti Asuhan Al-Amanah tengah merintis usaha penjualan minyak wangi, namun pengelolaannya belum maksimal. Hal ini dilakukan guna mencukupi kebutuhan anak yatim piatu yang kini berjumlah 27 orang. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan pada masyarakat panti agar wirausaha yang saat ini digeluti bisa semakin berkembang dan berkelanjutan. Permintaan pelatihan dan pendampingan dari mitra dapat diwujudkan melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan: 1) Mengembangkan kelompok masyarakat di Panti Asuhan Al-Amanah menjadi mandiri secara ekonomi dan sosial; 2) Membantu menciptakan ketentraman, kenyamanan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat; 3) Meningkatkan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha sosial, dan 4) Sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya Gorontalo. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, ceramah, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), pendekatan kelompok dan individual. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri atas tahap persiapan, investigasi, pembekalan, pra-implementasi, evaluasi, dan implementasi. Pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan merupakan perjalanan muhibah yang dapat membentuk karakter berwirausaha sosial anak-anak panti sebagai bekal di masa yang akan datang khususnya dalam upaya melestarikan kebudayaan Gorontalo. Kegiatan ini berjalan tanpa hambatan dan mitra kini memperoleh pencerahan tentang manajemen usaha, pengelolaan administrasi dan keuangan serta penguasaan teknologi yang sangat bermanfaat untuk kegiatan promosi sehingga masyarakat luas dapat lebih mengenal dan mencintai produk parfum yang dijual oleh Panti Asuhan Al Amanah Gorontalo.
Teachers play an important role in a learning process. Thus they are the main factor in determining a quality of human resource in which through the qualified human resource, Indonesia has a competitive capability. he government implements a program of teachers certification and expect to be able to improve their performance thus their main role in the sequence of learning can be achieved. The problem statement of this research is how teachers’ performance after certification is. This research aims to give information on how teachers’ performance after certification is towards an improvement of their performance quality. It applies qualitative approach while its data are both secondary and primary data. The data are obtained through literature study, observation, interview and focus group discussion. The research is conducted at all levels of formal education in District of Gorontalo in three months during the research period. Research finding shows that teachers’ performance after certification is good compared to the performance before certification. Regarding improvement of teachers’ performance quality, the government is expected to provide the teachers with information and technology mastery through continuous training or workshop activity.
Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi aparatur desa terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa dalam rangka mewujudkan good governance. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 orang responden yang merupakan aparat di dua belas kantor desa yang berbeda pada Kecamatan Boliyohuto di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik proporsional sampling di mana tiap kantor direkrut sejumlah 5 orang responden. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kompetensi aparatur desa terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang transparansi, haruslah didukung oleh penguatan kompetensi aparatur desa.Kata Kunci: Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, Kompetensi Aparatur Desa
This study aims to obtain an overview of the organizational climate and its influence on the productivity of ASN work in Gorontalo Province. A total of 46 employees from 8 SKPD (Service Unit Work Unit) were made as speakers and were given questionnaires to obtain information regarding their perceptions regarding organizational climate and measuring how high their work productivity was. The researcher revealed that the organizational climate in the Gorontalo Provincial Government so far was quite conducive. However, towards the political year, according to respondents, there were often several maneuvers carried out by SKPD leaders. Likewise, the work productivity of employees is fairly good. It is proven by the annual performance report that shows the performance achievement of employees who meet the target. Improving work productivity is also influenced by organizational climate conditions. The results of the study show that the organizational climate influences the work productivity of the state civil apparatus in Gorontalo Province. Of the many factors that can affect work productivity, 10.3% of them are influenced by organizational climate factors.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Work Productivity, Year of Politics, ASN
