Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) merupakan suatu upaya untuk menjamin keamanan, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan di dalam suatu perusahaan. PT Haleyora Power merupakan anak perusahaan yang menjadi penyedia layanan Operasi dan Pemeliharaan Transmisi dan Distribusi bidang ketenagalistrikan bagi PT PLN (Persero). di PT. Haleyora power terdapat pekerjaan pelayanan distribusi listrik yang memiliki tingkat potensi bahaya paling tinggi, diantaranya yaitu risiko sengatan listrik, jatuh dari ketinggian hingga potensi terbakar. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis risiko pada bagian distribusi listrik di PT Haleyora Power adalah dengan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and Risk Control). HIRARC merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang harus ada dalam menerapkan SMK3 yang mengharuskan organisasi/perusahaan menerapkan dan melakukan penyusunan HIRARC pada perusahaannya.. hasil dari penelitian setelah dilakukan additional control sebagai usulan untuk menurunkan level risiko yang ada pada bagian pelayanan distribusi listrik, dari 20 risiko pada masing-masing aktivitas yang pada awalnya terdapat 17 tingkat risiko tinggi menjadi 16 risiko sedang dan 1 risiko rendah. 3 risiko sedang lainnya turun menjadi 3 risiko rendah.
AbstrakKebisingan merupakan salah satu faktor lingkungan fisik yang perlu diperhatikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kebisingan yang ditimbulkan di tempat ruang mesin border 1 dan mesin border 2, termasuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh tingkat kebisingan yang ditimbulkan mesin border 1 dan mesin border 2 terhadap kelelahan di tempat ruang mesin border. Hasil kebisingan di tempat rung mesin 1 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebisingan tertinggi berada pada titik ke-1 (satu) dengan tingkat kebisingan 97,6 dBA. Sedangkan tingkat kebisingan terendah berada pada titik ke-4 (empat) dengan tingkat kebisingan 95,5 dBA. Hasil kebisingan di tempat rung mesin 2 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebisingan tertinggi berada pada titik ke-2 (dua) dengan tingkat kebisingan 91,1. Sedangkan tingkat kebisingan terendah berada pada titik ke-4 (empat) dengan tingkat kebisingan 88 dBA. Sedangkan pada tingkat kelelahan yang paling dominan adalah kelelahan berat yang berjumlah 3 orang dan 1 orang hanya merasakan kelelahan menengah. Dari hasil pengujian Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana bahwa probalitasnya sebesar 0,002 lebih kecil < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak, ini artinya ada pengaruh kebisingan terhadap kelelahan pada bagian ruang mesin 1 dan mesin 2Kata Kunci : Kebisingan, Nilai Ambang Batas, Kelelahan.AbstractNoise is one of the physical environmental factors that need attention. The purpose of this study was to analyze the noise generated at the border machine room and border machine 2, including identifying the effect of the level of noise generated by border machine 1 and border machine 2 on fatigue in the border machine room. The results of noise in the engine rung 1 show that the highest noise level is at point 1 (one) with a noise level of 97.6 dBA. While the lowest noise level is at point 4 (four) with a noise level of 95.5 dBA. The results of noise in engine 2 show that the highest noise level is at point 2 (two) with a noise level of 91.1. While the lowest noise level is at point 4 (four) with a noise level of 88 dBA. While the most dominant level of fatigue is heavy fatigue, amounting to 3 people and 1 person only feels medium fatigue. From the test results of the Simple Linear Regression Analysis that the probability of 0.002 is smaller <0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, this means that there is a noise effect on fatigue in the engine room 1 and engine 2Keywords: Noise, Threshold Value, Fatigue.
This study aims to determine how much influence there is in terms of price, promotion, and customer loyalty through the strategy of consumer purchasing decisions as moderation, this research is very important in finding a marketing strategy solution for modern retail shopping centers in PANDEMIC COVID-19 conditions. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 258 SME companies using SEM analysis Amos 23. The results of the study strengthen the significant influence of price strategy and promotion of modern retail shopping centers on customer loyalty with purchasing decisions as moderation. This research is an evaluation of the shopping center marketing strategy in modern retail to carry out a strategy to survive in the COVID-19 PANDEMIC. The results show that the application of price and promotion of modern retail shopping centers to customer loyalty with purchasing decisions as moderation is very significant. We discuss the implications of these findings to be able to save modern retailers, which are currently not operating, the advice is given as soon as possible by modern retailers to improve their marketing methods by increasing competitive prices, proper promotion by giving attractive discounts to keep consumers loyalty.

Coffee peeling machines is expected to help farmers in the harvest with a maximum peeling and effective in use. With the existence of this machine can work in accordance hopes accordance with the wishes of farmers, as well as to increase the selling price is higher. In this study are analysing the problem, conceptualizing the design, manufacture schematic function block diagram, load calculation, material selection, until finally get a working drawing. The design method described with the design method used in the coffee peeling machines or machine depulper and the method is called the method of French design. Skin peeler machine coffee made with a capacity of 370 kg / h, using the prime mover’s gasoline engine with a power of 5.5 Hp and rotation can be changed as desired change from 1400 up to 4500 rpm.
