Education in the 4.0 revolution era is an innovation (student centered) to strengthen creativity and mentality in facing challenges. The challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic require education to use technology assistance. Therefore, the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim, established the Merdeka Campus program policy as a strategic plan for the development of national education. In an effort to implement the Merdeka Campus program, of course, there are challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative approach with the library method. Therefore, the author wants to examine more deeply about the analysis of the challenges of implementing the Merdeka Campus program policy during the Covid-19 pandemic
The Indonesian government has implemented several policies in dealing with COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. One of the policies implemented is PPKM level 1-4. The level in this policy is adjusted to the conditions of each region. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research comes from data sources in the form of scientific journals, book literature, official websites which are described through descriptive analysis that describes the implementation of PPKM policies level 1-4 in Indonesia. The results of this study show that the leveled PPKM policy is the most effective policy in reducing the number of COVID-19 in Indonesia, as evidenced by the decrease in levels in various regions in Indonesia. The involvement of various parties, both the government and the community, is the key to success in implementing this policy
This research aims to investigate the quality implementation of financial reporting in Research Centre for Educational and Cultural Policies, Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Education and Culture, using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Focus of the problem researched is how to evaluate the financial reporting in Research Centre for Educational and Cultural Policies, Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Education and Culture. The descriptive methodology was used with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were interview and document review. Research results are as follows: (1) Context Aspect is conformity between purpose and target in financial reporting in Centre for Policy Research with Government Regulation No. 71 Year 2010 concerning Standard for Government Accounting for the interests of accountability, management, transparency, and performance evaluation; (2) Input Aspect is resource in financial reporting, including human resource and facilities and infrastructure (computer, internet network, and office facilities) which have been adequate to support timely financial reporting; (3) Process Aspect is in the process of financial reporting implementation in which the problems found are late BMN reporting, BMN recording which is not orderly administration, the lack of coordination and communication among planner, executor, and application operator, the role of leader which is is still inadequate, and SPI supervision which is not yet optimal; and (4) Product Aspect is financial statement in Research Centre for Educational and Cultural Policies which is relevant, reliable, and useful as source of information in management decision. Suggestions to be given are as follows: (1) Periodic coordination between stakeholders; (2) Intensive evaluation of employee performance in the process of financial reporting; (3) Suggesting SPI task as a supervisor in internal control as functional position; and (4) Recruiting more employees as administrator and operator in BMN application
This study aims to examine strategies in improving the 12 year compulsory education. This research was conducted to obtain information related to government support in the implementation of 12 year compulsory education in Demak district. This includes understanding the factors that cause children to drop out of school from internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are due to the lack of family income and the low level of parental education. External factors are caused by environmental factors. Based on the descriptive qualitative approach this research was carried out in Demak Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation and literature study. The results showed that government support for the implementation of the 12 year compulsory education in Demak Regency with the provision of "let's go back to school" starting from primary education to senior secondary education is given to economically disadvantaged students in order to increase student participation in school.
Implementation of local autonomy is perceived as a mean in enhancing the local economy if it is supported by effective local regulation. A major challenge of local autonomy empowerment is the understanding of local competitiveness potential. An accurate and comprehensive understanding of the local competitiveness potential of a region is beneficial to local government in formulating effective policy in order to create a conducive environment for doing business in the region. I other words, local governments must have knowledge in order to enhance local competitiveness.
