Problem statement:The objective of this research was to evaluate the level of understanding and students' interest in Jawi education, after educational technology media was used in teaching and learning at primary schools. This study emphasizes with more detail on the aspects of usage and effectiveness media-aided teaching system. Exploring the notion of instrument, recognized positive attitude and students associated with the use of educational technology media in teaching and learning process. Approach: A total of 52 students taken as a respondent at National School of Changgai Kelantan, reviewed the Educational Technology Media as a teaching method. Purpose of this study was to compare the scoring percentage, after using the ordinary method and educational technology media as a teaching aid. In order to realize the ultimate objective, field studies, questionnaire and survey libraries were implemented. Results: Proceeds from the research found that teaching and learning process with the use of Jawi in Educational Technology Media had a positive effect on students. The results showed that more than 63.4% student achievement increased in Jawi education after using this instrument. Conclusion: Computer usage can stimulate effective learning and improve the performance of Jawi education, enhancing the high level of interactivity among students.
Problem statement: The objective of this study were to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions among the employees in XYZ Sdn. Bhd, Malaysia. Approach: A total of 32 set of complete questionnaires gathered from executives and non-executives of a local printing company were involved in the study and 32 completed the questionnaires. Using structured questionnaires in a controlled environment, the results manage to extract both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction that influences the turnover intention. Results: The statistical results obtained in this study showed that both forms of job satisfaction (intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction) have inverse relationship on employeesâ turnover intentions. Conclusion: Eventhough Instrinsic Job Satisfaction have stronger influence on Turnover Intention. Existence of Extrinstic Job Satisfaction also must be consider in measuring the intention

This issue forces may have on human lives is an area concerning which there are many myths and superstitions and there is no storage of charlatans who will dupe people by offering remedies and protection at the cost of wealth and more seriously of their faith. The Qur'an has explained the nature of the righteous is to believe in the unseen, such as jinn, devil and Satan. Therefore, this study focused on the analysis of Islamic scholars about them. Hence, this study found three opinions on the existence of jinn; i) They have potential negative to invite people towards ugliness, ii) As a virus or germ and not obliged to act by religiously responsible, iii) As a wild who has not been civilized. The study further found that Al-Jann is the father of jinn and created from fire. They are like human beings some of them are fear of Allah and also rebellious. The devil is the father of Satan and created from fire. Both are being disobedient and do not want to prostrate to God, and always lead mankind astray. All the three are covered and hidden from human eyes view.
