The study analyzes the performance of sharia stocks before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The performance is measured using stock return and financial ratios. The financial ratios using in this study are return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), price to earnings ratio (PER), and price to book value (PBV). The data used in this study are collecting from the yahoo finance website and financial reports during the third quarter of 2019 and the third quarter of 2020. The type of research uses quantitative research. The sample uses 30 sharia stocks indexed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) as of September 2020. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test use to testing the hypothesizes. The results show significant differences in stock return, ROE, EPS, and PBV between before the pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in PER, there is no significant difference between the two comparison periods.

Kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan sungai masih sangat rendah. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk melakukan pendampingan dan pelestarian sungai yang ada di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode pengabdian ini dengan pemberian edukasi dan pendampingan langsung kepada sekolah yang berada di dekat aliran sungai. Kegiatan ini mengimplementasikan teori dalam pentingnya mengelola sungai, menumbuhkan budaya malu membuang sampah di sungai dan menyadarkan tentang menjaga kualitas air sungai agar keberlanjutan kebersihan sungai terus terjaga.

Research entitled Analysis of Sale and Purchase Through Online Transactions Using the As Salam Agreement Viewed From Islamic Law (Case Study of Buying and Selling Through Online Transactions Using the AsSalam Agreement) This research is normative legal research or library law research which is prescriptive and the method of approach uses qualitative methods. Research on Islamic law through Islamic law research, research on the sale and purchase of AsSalam through online transactions conducted by students of IAI Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi Regency. This article is a type of qualitative research that uses descriptive analysis, which describes research data collected both from interviews, observations and research while being collected at the IAIDA Blokagung campus in Banyuwangi Regency. The results showed that basically all forms of muamalah are permissible or permissible, except as otherwise determined by the Al-Quran Sunnah and Ijma '. Buying and selling which is included in the field of muamalah and is specialized in this writing namely as-salam in terms of Islamic law is permissible or halal done with various mechanisms that exist as long as it does not conflict with the Al-Quran As-Sunnah and Ijma '. Then online transactions that are used as a medium or in this case the internet in buying and selling assalam if viewed from Islamic law is permissible as long as its use is not contrary to Islamic principles. Islamic law originating from the Islamic religion itself, views online media as permissible, not in conflict with Islamic principles. Regarding the operational use of the internet in this case, published by buying and selling greetings, further to Urf '. This is what convinces researchers that Islamic law with its three sources has provided a complete and flexible explanation of things that are updated nowadays or modern.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak">Dissatisfaction with the policies often leads to protests from the people. It also took place in Ponorogo during the Dutch colonialization in 1885. Indonesian people protested by looting the Dutch Kontroleur Coffee warehouse due to the policy of forced planting and tax tightening. The action is known as Kampak Patik or Patik Robbery. The Dutch Kontroleur deliberately disseminated this negative stigma to impress as criminal behavior against the law. This paper conducts historical defense attempts by examining the value of Patriotism and heroism in the Kampak Patik event. The researchers use three stages of research, namely revealing the background of events, the action events, and the final solution of the action in the form of patriotism values. The approach of this paper is socio-historical with local document data sources (babad), books, and historical data. This paper concludes <em>first</em>, the Dutch policy of forced cultivation and tax tightening had impoverished the citizens in plantations area. <em>Second</em>, the protest was carried out by community leaders, including patih Ponorogo regency, <em>lurah, carik,</em> village staff, and members of Patik village community. <em>Third</em>, there is the value of patriotism, namely the defense of the small people, selfless struggle, sacrifice, and the nature of chivalry. Forth, the Kampak Patik protest had a positive impact on rising coffee commodities and tax reductions.</p>
