This research aims to know the factors that affect employee turnover intention on multi services companies in finance in the city of jambi. The study is quantitative research is an investigation about the social issues based on testing a theory consisting of variables, measured by numbers, and analyzed with statistical procedures to determine whether the correct theory of the predictive generalizations. The respondents in this study i.e., employees at the companies services multi finance in the city of Jambi, the method of withdrawal of samples in this study using a purposive samplingmethod, the author here use qualitative data are ordinal by disseminating the questionnaire covered alternative answer had been provided to the respondent, the dataare transformed into data interval and processed with path analysis, the results of this research show the two factors which effect on the turnover intention, namely factors of job satisfaction and organizational commitment the second, of the most influential factors i.e. organizational commitment factor. PENDAHULUANSumber daya manusia merupakan aset terpenting dari perusahaan, dengan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik, maka perusahaan akan terus mencapai perkembangan yang baik pula. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan sumber daya manusia di dalam suatu organisasi, faktor-faktor tersebut berbeda dari satu organisasi dengan organisasi lainnya, namun dapat diramalkan dengan faktor-faktor umum yang telah dikemukakan melalui berbagai teori yang dijelaskan oleh ahli ahli manajemen sumber daya manusia berdasarkan pengalaman maupun penelitian-penelitian.Kinerja suatu organisasi perusahaan tidak terlepas dari kinerja masing masing individu di dalam perusahaan itu sendiri, Upaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja individu pada organisasi dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, misalnya melalui pemberian kompensasi yang layak, pelatihan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang efektiv, sehingga nantinya diharapkan setiap karyawan dapat mencapai kepuasan dan berkomitmen terhadap penyelesaian kinerja yang menjadi tujuan dari perusahaan tersebut, namun apabila upaya upaya ini tidak dilakukan oleh perusahaan maka akan berakibat buruk terhadap perkembangan masing masing individu di dalam perusahaan, kepuasan karyawan dan komitmen karyawan menjadi semakin rendah yang tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk pindah ataupun keluar dari perusahaan (turnover Intention).Fenomena yang sering terjadi pada suatu perusahaan yaitu tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan, khususnya pada perusahaan-perusahaan swasta.Turnover ini merupakan petunjuk kestabilan karyawan. Semakin tinggi turnover, berarti semakin sering terjadi pergantian karyawan. Tentu hal ini akan merugikan 1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Batanghari Jambi
The purposes this research are to examine the influence of work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance. The influences of work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance tested both directly and indirectly by taking a sample of 80 employees. To test the variables used in research conducted a survey of employees at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Jambi Branch. Framework of theory and data analysis is done by using Path Analysis. The results of this research indicate that the work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL) and job satisfaction influential support directly and indirectly to the performance of employees is positive and significant impact. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive methods and verification. Where a descriptive study using a range of scales, while in verification using path analysis. Based on the results are reflection that work commitment , Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction is an important issue to improve performance of employees. Results of the study revealed that the results related to the employee's performance is important to manage the company. Optimizing the quality of work through constant work evaluation on appropriate working standards are set, action inconsistent to individuals may lead to other negative consequences in the company, such a low performance, resistance to the organization and may indicate the behavior of disobedience the employees. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the individual, organizational and technological factors that influence knowledge sharing behavior among public sector employees in Jambi City. This is a survey and explanatory research with questionnaires used to obtain data from 86 employees in Jambi's public sector and analyzed using factor analysis. The results showed that individual, organizational, and technological factors, such as awareness and altruism, organizational rewards, and IT application usage, respectively, have a significant effect on knowledge sharing. This is opposed to self-efficacy and top management support.
