The use of technology in mathematics teaching-learning has been proven to be successful in increasing students’ motivation, interests, and achievement. However, the use of technology in learning mathematics in answering the challenges of the digital era has not been successfully implemented as a whole with only 19.22% at the junior high school level and even at the senior high school level only 16.23%. Teacher professionalism is not enough to guarantee the implementation of technology in mathematics education. Unequal facilities and infrastructure are also obstacles. This research aims to describe the obstacles of mathematics teachers in applying technology in mathematics teaching-learning. This research is a case study research with the subject of 12 mathematics teachers in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was done using the Miles & Huberman model, with the step of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the obstacles of mathematics teachers in the digital era in implementing technology in mathematics teaching-learning included: (1) mathematics learning material that was less suitable for the use of technology; (2) facilities, infrastructure, and support provided by schools were inadequate for the use of technology in teaching-learning; (3) the level of teacher skills in using technology in mathematics teaching-learning. Some factors that influenced the emergence of these obstacles include (1) teachers assessments and point of views of the effectiveness in using technology in teaching-learning mathematics in the classroom; (2) unequal access to education services between schools in cities and villages; and (3) lack of training and information provided to the teachers about the use of technology in mathematics classes. Those obstacles obtained were common obstacles experienced by the teachers in South Kalimantan, Indonesia, both in urban and rural environments.
Transportasi Kereta Api menjadi salah satu transportasi favorite bagi masysrakat yang melakukan aktivitas sehari – hari . Pelayanan transportasi Kereta Api pada suatu waktu tertentu dapat terjadi lonjakan penumpang dari biasanya. Akibat kurangnya persiapan PT.KAI dalam menyediakan pelayanan Transportasi Kereta Api menyebabkan kekecewaan bagi penumpang yang tidak bisa naik karena keterbatasan Gerbong yang dipersiapakan saat waktu itu. Akibatnya akan memberikan citra negative kepada Transportasi Kereta Api.. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut perlu dilakukan simulasi untuk memprediksi jumlah penumpang yang mungkin terjadi dimasa mendatang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Monte Carlo. Maksud penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi  kepada  pihak PT. KAI  tentang  prediksi  jumlah  penumpang yang kemunkinan terjadi dimasa akan datang. Data yang digunakan adalah data jumlah penumpang transportasi Kereta Api tahun 2017, 2018 dan 2019 pada Data BPS Jumlah Penumpang Kereta Api. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prediksi jumlah penumpang masa akan datang dengan tingkat akurasi rata-rata 98%. Sehingga, informasi ini bisa menjadi rujukan bagi pihak PT.KAI wilayah Sumatera mengambil tindakan dan kebijakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan. Â
UD Roti Ali is a home industry engaged in the production of bread making. The rapid development of technology in the world has had a major influence on the performance of bread making in all business fields, especially in the food manufacturing business. The business strategy of retaining old customers is more profitable than finding new customers, so it is necessary to maintain relationships with customers. UD Roti ali does not yet have a strategy to get new customers to find out information about products and prices. Currently UD Roti Ali does not yet have the right relationship with customers, one of which is the sales and ordering process is still done manually, where customers directly come to UD Roti Ali or call to place an order for products, then recording customer order data is still done by recording in the memorandum, so errors often occur in recording customer order data. This affects the bakery business, so UD Roti Ali needs an electronic system using the CRM method to build and manage the right relationship between UD Roti Ali and its customers. Therefore, UD Roti Ali needs a special strategy regarding proper customer service and product marketing in electronic form using a web-based CRM (E-CRM) method which is useful for making it easier for UD Roti Ali and customers, for UD Roti Ali it is easier to manage sales data and customer data, while for customers it is easier for customers to find out information about products, make it easier to make orders, payments, as well as the discount/promo and bonus features provided by UD Roti Ali to customers. So that this web-based system can help UD Roti Ali in maintaining customer loyalty.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi matematis dan self-efficacy siswa kelas XI SMA; (2) mendeskripsikan dampak perbedaan kebijakan sistem zonasi terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis dan self-efficacy siswa kelas XI SMA; dan (3) mendeskripsikan hubungan antara literasi matematis dan self-efficacy siswa kelas XI SMA. Penelitian survei ini melibatkan 346 siswa dari Kota Banjarmasin dan 321 siswa dari Kota Palangka Raya. Kedua kota tersebut memiliki kebijakan zonasi yang berbeda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dan angket yang telah memenuhi kriteria valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi matematis siswa di Kota Banjarmasin dan Kota Palangka Raya berada pada kategori rendah, sedangkan self-efficacy siswa pada kedua kota berada pada kategori sedang. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada rata-rata literasi matematis antara siswa di Kota Banjarmasin dan Palangka Raya. Namun demikian, terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada rata-rata self-efficacy antara siswa di Kota Banjarmasin dan Palangka Raya. Kebijakan zonasi di Kota Palangka Raya menyebabkan perbedaan rata-rata literasi matematis siswa pada sekolah kategori tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Sedangkan kebijakan zonasi di Kota Banjarmasin menyebabkan perbedaan rata-rata self-efficacy siswa pada sekolah kategori tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Terakhir, terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan (meskipun lemah) antara literasi matematis dan self-efficacy siswa kelas XI SMA di Kota Banjarmasin dan Kota Palangka Raya (r = 0,194). Mathematical literacy and self-efficacy of students in terms of differences in zoning system policies.AbstractThis study aimed to (1) describe the mathematical literacy abilities and self-efficacy of eleventh-grade senior high school students; (2) describe the impact of differences in zoning system policies on the mathematical literacy and self-efficacy of eleventh-grade senior high school students; and (3) describe the relationship between mathematical literacy and self-efficacy of eleventh-grade senior high school students. This survey involved 346 students from Banjarmasin City and 321 students from Palangka Raya City, Indonesia. The two cities have different zoning policies. The data was collected through tests and questionnaires that met the valid and reliable criteria. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that students’ mathematical literacy in Banjarmasin and Palangka Raya City was in a low category, while self-efficacy in both cities was in the medium category. There was no significant difference in the mean of mathematical literacy of students in Banjarmasin and Palangka Raya City. However, there was a significant difference in the mean of self-efficacy of students in Banjarmasin and Palangka Raya City. The zoning policy in Palangka Raya City causes differences in the mean of mathematical literacy of students in high, moderate, and low category schools. In contrast, the zoning policy in Banjarmasin City causes differences in the mean of self-efficacy of students in high, medium, and low category schools. Lastly, there was a significant positive correlation (although weak) between mathematical literacy and self-efficacy of eleventh-grade senior high school students in Banjarmasin and Palangka Raya City (r = 0.194).

The Pekanbaru City Health Office coordinates with the puskesmas as a technical implementation unit in the health sector. Each puskesmas has a work report that must be reported to the Pekanbaru City Health Office so that many puskesmas under the auspices of the Pekanbaru City Health Office must submit these reports. Due to distance limitations, an information technology-based container is needed to accommodate all these reports because the report collection is still in the form of files that are delivered directly by the Head of the Puskesmas to the Pekanbaru City Health Office. After socializing and using the e-Letter application at the Pekanbaru City Health Office, it can be concluded that the e-Letter application created can help the Pekanbaru City Health Office to collect activity reports from each health center and the e-Letter application can save time and save time. in the use of paper because the report is already a file. Setiap puskesmas memiliki laporan kerja yang harus dilaporkan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru sehingga banyaknya puskesmas yang dibawah naungan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru harus mengumpulkan laporan tersebut. Karena keterbatasan jarak maka dibutuhkan suatu wadah berbasiskan teknologi informasi untuk menampung semua laporan tersebut dikarenakan pengumpulan laporan masih dalam bentuk berkas yang di antarkan langsung oleh Kepala puskesmas ke pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru. Setelah dilakukan sosialiasi dan digunkannya aplikasi e-Letter pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi e-Letter yang dibuat dapat membantu pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru untuk mengumpulkan laporan kegiatan dari setiap puskesmas dan aplikasi e-Letter dapat menghemat waktu dan menghemat dalam penggunaan kertas karena laporan sudah berupa file.
