This research was conducted with the aim to find out empirically the effect of NPF and CAR on the ROA of Islamic BJB banks simultaneously and partially. The dependent variable in this study is Profitability with Return Of Assets as an indicator. And Independent Variables in this study are NPF and CAR. This research uses quantitative research methods, the population in this study is the Bogor branch of the Islamic bjb bank. In this study using a purposive sampling technique using the financial statements of BJB syariah Bogor in 2010-2018. Data collection through observation is by collecting banking financial statements for 2010 - 2018. The analytical techniques that will be used are Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Statistical Hypothesis Test.The results showed that: (1) Non Performing Financing partially had a significant effect on (ROA), with a Sig value of 0.001 (0.001 <0.05). (2) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) partially has a non-significant effect on ROA, with a Sig value of 0.529 (0.529> 0.05). (3) Non Performing Financing and Capital Adequacy Ratio have a positive effect on profitability (ROA) with a Sig value of 0.002 (0.002 <0.05). AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh NPF dan CAR terhadap ROA Bank BJB Syariah secara simultan dan parsial. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dan Uji Hipotesis Statistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Non Performing Financing secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap (ROA), dengan nilai Sig 0,001 (0,001 < 0,05). (2) Capital Adequacy Ratio secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, dengan nilai Sig 0,529 (0,529 > 0,05). (3) Non Performing Financing dan Capital Adequacy Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) dengan nilai Sig 0,002 (0,002 < 0,05)
This study was conducted to examine the effect of the sharia marketing mix variables and halal label on purchase decisions at d'BestO city of Bogor. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample was 86 respondents who are consumers of products d'BestO in Bogor. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that: sharia marketing mix significantly influence the purchase decision is evidenced bythat the value of the variable t on sharia marketing mix is 4.090 with a significance level of 0.000. Because the value of t is greater than t table is 4.090 > 1.988 and 0.000 significance value <0.05. And halal label significantly influence the purchase decision is evidenced by the value of the variable t on halal label is 3.739 with a significance level of 0.000. Because the value of t is greater than t table is 3.739> 1.988 and 0.000 significance value <0.05. sharia marketing mix and halal label jointly significant effect on purchase decisions this is evidenced by the significant value of the smaller F-test of 0.05 is equal to 0.000 (0.000 <0,05) so that it can be concluded that the sharia marketing mix and halal label significant influence on purchase decisions. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bauran pemasaran syariah dan label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian di d'BestO Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 86 responden yang merupakan konsumen produk d'BestO di Kota Bogor. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Bauran Pemasaran Syariah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dibuktikan dengan bahwa nilai t hitung pada variabel Bauran Pemasaran Syariah adalah 4,090 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 4,090 > 1,988 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05. Dan Label Halal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung pada variabel label halal adalah 3,739 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 3,739 > 1,988 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05. Bauran Pemasaran Syariah dan Label Halal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi dari uji F yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bauran Pemasaran Syariah dan Label Halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
In the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the business groups that have the largest number. In addition, this group has proven to be resistant to various kinds of shocks to the economic crisis. So it is imperative to strengthen the UMKM group which involves many groups because the UMKM sector has a big contribution to workforce absorption, developing the UMKM sector will be able to absorb more existing workers and of course it will be able to improve the welfare of the workers involved in the workforce. In it so that it can reduce the unemployment rate and in the end it will be used to reduce poverty. The criteria for businesses that are included in MSMEs have been regulated in a legal umbrella based on law. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic Banking in Encouraging Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesian Sharia Banks (BSI) kc. Ahmad Yani Kota Bogor during the Covid Pandemic 19. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and the data used in this study were primary data. This study uses data collection techniques through literature study and interviews. The instrument used in the primary data is an interview with a source from Bank Syaria Indonesia Kc Ahmad Yani, Bogor City. Respondents revealed that the Role of Islamic Banking, especially Islamic Bank Indonesia Kc. Ahmad Yani played an important role in maintaining MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic as now because he helped distribute government programs, namely KUR (People's Business Credit), Providing.relaxation or relief to entrepreneurs affected by Covid-19 and facilitating the financing process for entrepreneurs. AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengaruh etika pemasaran islam terhadap kepuasan nasabah bank Syariah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan metode pengambilan random sampling pada seluruh nasabah BPRS Ammanah Ummah Leuwiliang. Analisis pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear dengan alat bantu. Adapun hasil pada penelitian ini dengan nilai p value (0,000) < α (0,05) juga membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat antara kedua variabel tersebut. Selain itu jika dilihat dari koefisien determinasi, sebesar 57,4% kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi oleh etika pemasaran Islam sedangkan sisanya 42,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
