Learning in the COVID-19 era is applied online in accordance with the circular letter of Ministry of Education and Culture No.15 in 2020 by applying online learning and the online assessments, including Physical, Sport and Health Education. This policy causes teachers having difficulties and obstacles in giving assessments to students. This research aims to develop online self-assessment and peer-assessment instruments to facilitate teachers in the assessment process. This is a Research and Development with modified Borg and Gall model. The result of the research is online self-assessment and peer-assessment instruments products that are expected to facilitate teachers in the assessment process. Online self-assessment and peer-assessment instruments have a valid category based on the result of the validation from material experts and assessments experts, so that it is appropriate to be used in assessment activities. It can be concluded that this instrument product is appropriate and effective as the media assessment to provide convenience and effectiveness in the assessment process, primarily in the psychomotor in the forearm pass of volleyball skills. Abstrak: Kemdikbud No. 15 Tahun 2020 dengan menerapkan pembelajaran secara online begitupun juga dengan penilaian termasuk mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Kebijakan ini membuat guru mengalami kesulitan dan kendala dalam menerapkan penilaian kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian diri dan sejawat secara online untuk mempermudah guru dalam proses penilaian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan model Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan produk intrumen penilaian diri dan sejawat secara online yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah guru dalam proses penilaian. Produk instrumen penilaian diri dan sejawat secara online ini mendapat kategori valid sehingga layak digunakan dalam kegiatan penilaian berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli penilaian. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk instrumen ini layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media penilaian untuk memberikan kemudahan dan keefektifan dalam proses penilaian terutama pada ranah psikomotor yaitu keterampilan passing bawah bola voli.
