Financial activities that are often carried out by people in developed and developing countries. Banks can collect public funds directly from customers, then distribute them to the public. Islamic banks still have a good reputation in the community so that the assets and third party funds of Islamic commercial banks grow. This is also reinforced by public optimism due to regulation of Banking Synergy in One Ownership for the development of Islamic Banking. The purpose of this study is to forecast the growth of Islamic banking after the implementation of banking synergy regulations in one ownership as an effort to increase the efficiency of the Islamic banking industry. This study used the secondary data all of the Islamic Banks in Indonesia from Financial Service Authority by Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) period 2015-2019 as the estimated data and 2020-2022 as the forecasting data in quarter. This study used two variables, asset and third-party fund, to estimate the best model. The result shows ARIMA (0,1,1) has the small AIC and significant value as best estimation model. The growth of Islamic banks in 2020 will increase by 7.4 % in assets and 7.3 % by the end of 2022 to IDR 437 trillion. Meanwhile, third party funds by the end of 2022 will increase by 8 % with total third party funds of IDR 361 trillion. Banking Synergy in One Ownership Order has the potential to increase the effectiveness and the efficiency of the Islamic Banking Industry at future.
The Islamic work ethic and productivity are parts of the work concept that raise value in forming good personality in the work based on the recommendation of the principle in Islam. The research investigated 40 employees as research samples through the utilization of quantitative methods: questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation, and observation. The used analysis included validity test, reliability test, statistical collinearity test, partial test, and determination test (R2). The tool in analyzing the data was path way analysis with the Smart Pls 3.0 program. The results found that the Islamic Work Ethic has a positive washback on Employee Performance, Work Quality, and Productivity. Employee Performance has a positive washback on employee performance with a positive and significant effect on work quality. Productivity does not significantly influence employee performance, and it also does not significantly influence work quality.
Customer satisfaction was the most talked topics in the service industry. Customer satisfaction is the main priority of the success of management of banking. Banking was always innovating and training human resources in order to reduce the needs of customers. Researchers analyze whether the Bank's service is in compliance with the hopes of the customer. Research conducted at the Bank Syariah Mandiri Samarinda. This research utilized 450 respondents as samples and a Cartesian diagram as performance level. The result obtained (1) the existence of a cash machine were the important factors but management had not been fullest implement according to the wishes of the customer, (2) generally, the client was very satisfied over Bank Syariah Mandiri services, the average customer satisfaction above BSM performance with 97.36%.
<p>Akad <em>Murabahah Bil Wakalah</em> adalah akad yang paling dominan digunakan oleh produk pembiayaan otomotif, hal ini dikarenakan penerapan akad tersebut lebih memudahkan pihak bank sekaligus nasabah dalam melakukan jual beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian kualitatif dengan kajian pustaka, kajian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara telaah pustaka. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi akad <em>murabahah bil wakalah</em> pada pembiayaan otomotif dalam perspektif ekonomi islam di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini secara teori akad <em>Murabahah Bil Wakalah</em> yang diterapkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia dapat dikatakan sesuai prinsip syariah karena akad murabahah dilakukan setelah barang otomotif yang dibutuhkan nasabah telah menjadi milik Bank.</p>
The potential for Haj funds in Indonesia is enormous. However, the long queues to perform the Haj pilgrimage lasted up to 17 years. The state has not wholly-owned facilities for operational needs. This study offers a new model in the management of Hajj funds in Indonesia. The offer in this research is the formation of economic independence protection by developing business units such as accommodation facilities in Mecca and Medina, Hajj planes, tours and trips, catering, hajj and umrah equipment stores, convenience stores, Indonesian culinary specialties, convection, e-payment systems. Hajj, Bottled Drinking Water, Sukuk Investment, and Other Investments. All of the profits from these funds are turned back for capital and business unit development. Thus, all the benefits of the hajj fund will again be felt by the people of Indonesia.
