Human resources are important for the company because they have a role as a potential driver of all company activities. Companies that have quality human resources can easily achieve the performance that has been set. Performance measurement is a very important thing as a whole in an organization. Every company will always try to improve employee performance for the company's success. Several factors that can affect employee performance include: organizational support, organizational justice, and organizational commitment. This study is intended to determine how much influence organizational support, organizational justice and organizational commitment have on employee performance at PT. Batanghari Barisan Padang. Methods of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 72 respondents PT. Batanghari Baris. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22. The results obtained are Organizational Support partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, Organizational Justice partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance where H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Organizational support, organizational justice and organizational commitment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of the contribution of variables that affect organizational support, organizational justice, and organizational commitment is 70.2%. So this research is very appropriate and becomes a reference in improving employee performance in advancing the company.
This study aims to determine how much influence Organizational Culture, Career Development, and Self Efficacy have on Employee Performance. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. Padang Post. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (b) career development has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (c) self-efficacy has a partially significant effect on employee performance development, (d) ) organizational culture, career development and self-efficacy together on career development, (e) the contribution of organizational culture, career development, and self-efficacy variables together on employee performance is 71.4% while the remaining 28.6 % influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
Eco enzyme adalah cairan multifungsi yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi 3 bulan dengan bahan sederhana, gula merah/tetes tebu, limbah atau sampah organik dengan menggunakan komposisi 1:3:10. Selama proses fermentasi eco enzyme ini, akan menghasilkan ozon dan oksigen, ini setara dengan yang dihasilkan oleh 10 pohon. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan PKL kampung tematik ini akan dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan serta adanya dukungan sosial dan pemberdayaaan masyarakat terhadap hasil olahan daur ulang sampah organik. Secara keseluruhan, program pelaksanaan kegiaan ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik
This study aims to determine the effect rupiah exchange rate, interest rate, inflation, and trading volume on the stock price mining company partially and simultaneously. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with stock price monthly data, the rupiah exchange rate, the interest rate, the inflation, and the trading volume period in 2012-2016. The results showed that : 1) the exchange rate of rupiah is partially no significant positive effect on stock prices. 2) the interest rate is partially no significant positive effect on stock price. 3) the Inflation is partially no significant positive effect on stock prices. 4) and the trading volume is partially a significant positive effect on stock prices. 5) While the exchange rate of Rupiah, interest rate, inflation, and trading volume simultaneously a significant positive effect on stock prices of mining companies period in 2012-2016.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh kinerja keuangan, Growth Opportunity, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel moderating pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan beberapa keriteria yang telah ditentukan maka penelitian ini menggunakan 50 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Growth Opportunity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Struktur modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kepemilikan manajerial tidak mampu memoderasi kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial mampu memoderasi Growth Opportunity terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kepemilikan manajerial mampu memoderasi struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan.
