Nilai perusahaan merupakan cerminan dari penambahan dari jumlah ekuitas perusahaan dengan hutang perusahaan. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, yaitu : keputusan pendanaan, kebijakan dividen, keputusan investasi, struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan. Beberapa faktor tersebut memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan yang tidak konsisten. Nilai perusahaan adalah nilai laba masa yang akan datang di ekspektasi yang dihitung kembali dengan suku bunga yang tepat (Winardi, 2001 dalam Kusumadilaga, 2010.Sebelum seorang investor akan memutuskan akan menginvestasikan dananya di pasar modal (dengan membeli sekuritas yang diperdagangkan di bursa) ada kegiatan terpenting yang perlu untuk dilakukan, yaitu penilaian dengan cermat terhadap emiten, ia harus percaya bahwa informasi yang diterimanya adalah informasi yang benar. Tanpa keyakinan tersebut, pemodal tentunya tidak akan bersedia membeli sekuritas yang ditawarkan perusahaan (atau diperjual-belikan di bursa). The purpose of this research is to find out the level and the correlation between the habit of reading the Qur'an to the emotional quotient of student class VIII MTs Al-Hamid Banjarmasin. This research used a quantitative approach. The data collection device uses the Likert scale, scale aspect of the habit of reading Qur'an 38 items, and emotional quotient scale 37 items that have been tested for validity and reliability. The sampling technique used was nonprobility sampling, with a total of 89 peoples-the data analysis using SPSS software for Windows 21.0. Quantitative data shows the habit of reading Qur'an in the medium category (61,79 percent) and emotional quotient in the medium type (66,29 percent). A correlation analysis results use a Pearson product moment technique in the can calculated r value is 0,460 with p-value 0,000 while the r table is at the 5 percent significance level with N = 89 of 0,213 show off that the habit of reading Qur'an affected the level of emotional quotient. As for the magnitude of the contribution of the practice of reading the Qur'an variable to the emotional quotient of MTs Al-Hamid Banjarmasin in the amount of (rxy2 x 100) or 21,16 percent.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji kebutuhan layanan bimbingan dan konseling bagi siswa SMP yang terkategori generasi Z. Dasar dari penelitian untuk menganalisis kebutuhan layanan bimbingan dan konseling sebagai dasar bagi pengembangan program bimbingan dan konseling yang didasarkan pada empat bidang layanan yakni bidang pribadi, sosial, belajar, dan karir. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP dari 5 sekolah menengah pertama yang berasal dari 5 kecamatan kota Banjarmasin. Dari direncanakan diambil 35 orang dengan total 175 orang siswa, namun yang mengembalikan instrumen hanya 163 orang siswa dengan teknik pengumpulan data cluster sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bidang pribadi 93% menduduki urutan pertama, disusul oleh karir 89%, diikuti sosial sebanyak 87%, dan terakhir ditutup belajar sebanyak 78% sebagai bidang yang paling dibutuhkan dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan agar dapat menjadikan penelitian ini sebagai dasar untuk melakukan pengembangan program bimbingan dan konseling. __________________________________________________________The purpose of this study is to examine the need for guidance and counseling services for junior high school students categorized as Z generation. The basis of the research is to analyze the needs of guidance and counseling services as a basis for developing guidance and counseling programs based on four service areas namely personal, social, learning, and career. The population of this research is junior high school students from 5 junior high schools from 5 districts of Banjarmasin city. Of the planned 35 people taken with a total of 175 students, but only 163 students returned the instrument with cluster sampling data collection techniques. The results showed the private sector 93% ranked first, followed by career 89%, followed by social as much as 87%, and finally closed as much as 78% as the most needed field in guidance and counseling services. The results of the study recommend that this research be used as a basis for developing guidance and counseling programs
This study aims to describe the implementation, strategy, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in school management using cross-site methods. This research is descriptive qualitative research with primary data sources collected through observation and interviews and then analyzed using Miles and Huberman analysis. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Banjarmasin as Site I and SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin as Site II. This study aims to describe the implementation, strategy, and evaluation of Total Quality Management in school management using cross-site methods with the Principal, Deputy of Quality Management, and the School Development Team as key informants. The results showed that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at both sites was preceded by 1) planning that contains the size or standardization of quality to be used; 2) implementation of School Self Evaluation (EDS); 3) formulating and making the vision, mission and goals of the school as a guide; 4) preparation of School Work Plans (RKS), Medium Term Work Plans (RKJM) and School Activities and Budget Plans (RKAS); and 5) curriculum development. The strategy for implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in school management begins with: 1) creating a Quality Development Team; 2) division of duties and responsibilities among team members; 3) alignment and strengthening of commitment; and 4) good human resource management. The evaluation carried out in the process of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in school management begins with: 1) internal evaluation; 2) evaluation of findings or non-conformities with existing standards; 3) budget evaluation; and 4) social control through evaluation of work culture and organization.
