The present study was aimed to screen the phytochemicals and quantification of alkaloids, phenolic compounds and flavonoids and to evaluate the nematicidal activity of ethanolic leaf extracts of Datura metel, Datura innoxia and Brugmansia suaveolens against Meloidogyne incognita.
