Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan  media pembelajaran atau bahan ajar komik digital. Media pembelajaran/ bahan ajar komik digital  yaitu model pembelajaran  yang merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS), selain untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, mengoptimalkan pembagian kerja dalam kelompok, model ini dikembangkan untuk menghindari terjadinya berpikir abstrak, suatu kesan negatif yang dibiarkan terjadi sejak mereka masih kecil, yang pada akhirnya hingga dewasa kesan negatif tersebut, yang menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran IPS itu membosankan dan membuat siswa menjadi jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R & D (Research and Development). Hasil penelitian adalah bahan ajar e-book dan media pembelajaran komik digital untuk menghindari berpikir abstrak pada pembelajaran IPS sehingga memberikan pengalaman dan kesan negatif siswa terhadap pelajaran IPS. Desain dan implementasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu referensi di sekolah-sekolah yang masih minim dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran. Khususnya di kabupaten Lebak-Banten.

The purpose of this study is to improve public speaking skills through ice breaking methods for students of Penjaskes at STKIP Setiabudhi Rangkasbitung. This research method uses two cycles of action research methods. The population in this study amounted to 300 students and the sample in this study used a purposive sampling method totaling 50 students. The time of the study was carried out for 6 months from February 2019 to July 2019. The steps of the research carried out were compiling the planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results of the study for 2 cycles showed that the Public Speaking Skill for students of Penjaskes at STKIP Setiabudhi Rangkasbitung increased by using the ice breaking method by 9.6 points. This is evident from the results of the measurement of indicators of public speaking skills in cycle 1 with an average of 65.6 and cycle 2 with an average of 79.2. Thus it can be concluded that the ice breaking method in the Curriculum and Learning courses can improve the public speaking skills of students of the Physical Education Study Program at STKIP Setiabudhi Rangkasbitung.

This research is motivated by technological developments and globalization which directly affect the development of lifestyles and the degradation of the understanding of local wisdom in the Lebak district. Thus, the learning revolution from offline to online has become a momentum in developing and introducing Lebak local wisdom. The implementation of this research is carried out by using the Lebak Unique mobile application in social studies learning in elementary schools, which will be a reference for teachers in carrying out online learning, especially in social studies learning that adheres to the concepts of innovation, creativity, and local wisdom. This study aims to increase students' understanding and love for Lebak local wisdom by using nonequivalent control group design research methods. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a significant difference between the classes that used the application and those that did not. Through the PostHoc LSD test, it was known that the difference between the control class and the Experimental class was -10,86861 with a significance value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the Lebak Unique application can be utilized in the environment. Education for the development of students' understanding and love of Lebak local wisdom.
