Abstrak Crash box is part of the supportingcomponents on vehicle safety, especially cars. The crash boxis designed to reduce the occurrence of driver’s injuries due to collisions. This study aimed to determine the capability of energy absorption and deformation patterns in the crash box using a three-segment circle cross-section. The research method was quasi-experimental with a simulation using Finite Element Method software. The crash box simulation carried out with a 200 kg impactor on a speed of 7.67 m/s. The independent variable in this study is the material exposure variation in the crash box using steel-aluminum-steel and aluminum-steel-aluminum. The dependent variables were energy absorption, force reaction and deformation patterns occurring in the crash box. Based on the simulation results, the values ofenergy absorption was 82452 J and force reaction was 1127700 N in the crash box of steel-aluminum-steel material. Meanwhile, the crash box material of aluminum-steel-aluminum has an energy absorption value of 236210 N, force reaction of 12432 J and a better and more stable on deformation pattern.
ABSTAKPT KA Pariwisata terus melakukan inovasi untuk menarik minat pelanggan, salah satunya dengan memperkenalkan KA Priority. Pelayanan yang ditawarkan KA Priority khusus diperuntukan bagi penumpang yang menghendaki kenyamanan lebih selama perjalanan. Interaksi penumpang dengan layanan yang diberikan menjadi pengalaman tersendiri bagi penumpang. Pengalaman penumpang dapat dirasakan melalui pengalaman pribadi (customer experience) maupun dari pengalaman menikmati layanan selama perjalanan (service experience). Prestise menjadi pertimbangan tersendiri bagi penumpang dalam penggunaan suatu moda berkelas seperti KA Priority dikarenakan kemewahan fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel yang membentuk customer experience dan service experience yaitu sense, feel, think, act, relate, incentive, accessibility, convenience, utility, environment, benefit, trust dan prestise terhadap frekuensi perjalanan penumpang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 150 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah dengan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap frekuensi perjalanan penumpang adalah sense, incentive, convenience, environment dan prestise Kata Kunci: KA Priority, customer experience, service experience, prestise, regresi linier berganda ABSTRACT PT KA tourism innovate continuously to attract customers, one of them is by introducing KA Priority. The services offered by Priority KA are specifically intended for passengers who want more comfort during the trip. The services provided a special experience for passengers. The experience of passengers can be felt through personal experience (customer experience) and from the experience of enjoying services while traveling (service experience). Prestige is a consideration for passengers in using classy transportation modes such as Priority KA due to the luxury of the facilities offered.This study aims to determine the effect of variables about customer experience and service experience such as sense, feel, think, act, relate, incentive, accessibility, convenience, utility, environment, benefits, trust and prestige on the frequency of passenger travel. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents using random sampling techniques. The collected data is then processed using multiple linear regression models.The result of this study showed that the variables which influence the frequency of passenger trips are sense, incentive, convenience, environment and prestige.
The availability of qualified human resources will affect the safety of rail travel. Guaranteed safety of this trip materialized from the minimum number of train accidents that occurred. In identifying the causes of train accidents, the human error factor is largely the main cause. This is what causes human resources to become an important concern in the operation of trains. Data were collected by using questionnaires consisting of perception questionnaire on railway safety and work stress. Interviews were used to complete the questionnaire results. Data analysis was done by regression analysis to know the influence of safety perception to work stress. The results showed that 77% of the respondents had low safety perception, while the other 23% had high perception of safety. As many as 70% of machinists have high work stress, while 30% have low work stress. Safety perception proved to be related to work stress experienced by machinist. This is indicated by a variable of -, 338 which states that the relationship between perception of safety proved to have a relationship with job stress of 0.338 with a negative relationship. This relationship analysis is evidenced by Pearson Correlation. Regression analysis obtained correlation coefficient of 0.114 which states that 11.4% work stress is influenced by the perception of safety
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat occupational commitment pada perawat sarana di Balaiyasa Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Berdasarkan pengambilan data yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa sebanyak 85% responden memiliki occupational commitment yang tinggi. Rekomendasi yang diberikan kepada perawat sarana di Balaiyasa Yogyakarta adalah dengan mengembangkan training-training yang pernah dilakukan. Beberapa training yang dapat dilaksanakan berdasarkan ketegorisasi occupational commitment diantaranya skill training, retraining, cross sectional training, team training, training sistem informasi dan soft skill training.
Travel safety is realized from the minimum number of train accidents that occur. This study is to determine the effect of resilience to work involvement in machinists on duty at Tugu Station in Yogyakarta. The study was conducted by conducting interviews to obtain preliminary data and ask to fill out the questionnaire provided. The results showed that 43% of respondents had low resilience, while the other 57% had high resilience. As many as 52% of machinists have high work involvement, while 48% have low work involvement. The correlation between them is at a moderate level of 0.627.
