Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem E-planning pada perencanaan pembangunan daerah Kota Kendari dan kontribusinya untuk pencapaian SDGs 2030. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan informan di Bappeda Kota Kendari. Hasil penelitian meunujukan bahwa suksesnya penerapan E-Planing pada Bappeda Kota Kendari, karena kejelasan dasar hukum, dukungan infrastruktur TIK, sumberdaya finansial, serta sumberdaya manusia yang menguasai IT. Adapun manfaat dalam penerapan E-Planning ini proses perencanaan pembangunan lebih efektif dan efisien, serta transparan. Pelaksanaan SDGs di sektor E-Government dalam E-planning yang inklusif, tepat dan efektif akan mengurangi kemiskinan, meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, karena perencanaan program pembangunan daerah yang berkelanjutan, dan mengoptimalkan penanganan risiko dalam proses pembangunan, hasilnya SDGs menciptakan masyarakat dan daerah yang lebih produktif. Sehingga transformasi digital dapat menjadi pendorong utama perubahan dalam pemerintahan untuk mempromosikan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif, pembangunan sosial dan perlindungan lingkungan.Kata Kunci : E-government, E-planning, SDGs, Kendari
This study aims: to determine the effect of work experience on the performance of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kendari Branch. The population in this study were all marketing staff of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kendari Branch, amounting to 60 people using a sample of 30 marketing staff.This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents and analyzed using Simple Linear Regression analysis. This model emphasizes the Effect of Work Experience on the Performance of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Kendari Branch and the analysis was processed using SPSS Version 20. The results of this study indicate that work experience has a significant effect on the performance of marketing personnel with a regression coefficient of 0.489 which means that work experience has a significant effect on the performance of marketing personnel. This can be seen from the T value of work experience obtained 4.961 with a significant value = 0,000 <0.05, which means that work experience has a significant effect on the performance of the sales force
This study aims to describe the Effect of Lobster Farming Business Development on Sales Volume in Lamanggau Village, Tomia District, Wakatobi Regency. The research was conducted in January 2016 in Lamanggau Village, Tomia District, Wakatobi Regency. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach to data analysis carried out with stages, including; Data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Lobster Cultivation in Lamanggau Village, Tomia Subdistrict, Wakatobi Regency was very large because it had a large number of cultivation places (karamba) so that the level of lobster production in this village experienced an increase in each harvest and each sale. The suggestions from this research are for the government and related parties in economic empowerment and to strengthen the Lobster Cultivation Business and are expected to the relevant agencies to be able to help market the Lobster Business products so that Lobster Business in Lamanggau Village can be widely known by the community and obtain capital and financial assistance to develop their business, it is expected that Lobster entrepreneurs will improve their skills and product quality so that in carrying out production and marketing activities more efficiently

This analysis is based on data obtained from both literature and observations, namely direct research in the field by conducting direct interviews with informants who are considered capable of providing information relating to the problems studied such as the head of the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy, Head of Marketing and Promotion Section.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Kabupaten Wakatobi. Untuk mencapai tujuan yang dimaksud, dalam penulisan skripsi ini digunakan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Dimana penulis memberikan gambaran objek wisata penelitian secara jelas dan sistematis. Analisis ini berdasarkan data yang diperoleh baik dari pustaka maupun observasi, yaitu penelitian langsung dilapangan dengan melakukan wawancara langsung kepada informan yang dianggap mampu memberikan keterangan yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti seperti kepala Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, Kepala Bidang Pemasaran dan Seksi Promosi.
This study aims to determine the relationship of motivation to improve employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Kendari. The type of data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Respondents as the sample in this study were all employees at the Office of PT. Jasa Raharja Kendari, amounting to 29 people. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis, which is an analysis that describes the motivation and performance of employees with the dimensions and indicators of each variable as well as the factors related to employee performance by expressing the amount of scores obtained in each dimension and indicator.The results of the analysis of the Relationship between Motivation and Improvement of Employee Performance in the Limited Liability Company (PT) Jasa Raharja Kendari is related to the High category. This relationship on the Motivation Variable is analyzed in three dimensions of indicators, namely creating an improvement in the work environment, giving compensation, and applying work discipline. These three dimensions of motivation provide a unity related to employee performance where the dimensions of Employee Performance indicators are the ability to complete work, expertise and skills and creativity and initiative in carrying out duties and responsibilities as a leader and subordinate. The results of the analysis of the scores of the three dimensions of providing motivation related to employee performance, obtained results of 4.05, which means that motivation provided by the leadership can cause employees to improve their performance with high categories.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian motivasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor PT. Jasa Raharja Kendari yang berjumlah 29 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, yaitu analisis yang mendeskripkan tentang motivasi dan kinerja pegawai dengan dimensi dan indikator masing-masing variabel serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mengemukakan besarnya nilai skor yang diperoleh pada setiap dimensi dan indikator.Hasil analisis Hubungan Pemberian Motivasi Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Jasa Raharja Kendari adalah berhubungan dengan kategori Tinggi. Hubungan tersebut pada Variabel Motivasi dianalisis dalam tiga dimensi indikator, yaitu menciptakan perbaikan lingkungan kerja, pemberian konpensasi, dan penerapan disiplin kerja. Ketiga dimensi pemberian motivasi tersebut membentuk satu kesatuan yang berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan dimana dimensi indikator Kinerja Karyawan yaitu , kemampuan menyelesaikan pekerjaan, keahlian dan keterampilam dan kretivitas dan inisiatif dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai pimpinan maupun bawahan. Hasil analisis nilai skor dari ketiga dimensi pemberian motivasi yang berhubungan dengan kinerja pegawai, diperoleh hasil sebesar 4.05 yang artinya bahwa motivasi yang diberikan oleh pimpinan dapat menyebabkan karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan kategori tinggi
