Being declared in 2015 in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, sustainable development goals (SDGs) has an aim to answer various humanitarian-environment crisis of millennium era (MDGs). One of the main problems which become a focus is woman’s participation. Especially in development context, whether in international, national, or local scope. This paper entitle, The Marketing Strategy of Madura Tourism Industry Area trough Sustainable Development Based Gender. In particular, this study has an aim to analyze the existential of Madura woman, dealing with the area development based SDGs. Various crucial issues which become a focus of this study namely; the dynamic Madura tourism industry, sustainable development concept, and development idea based gender. The three crucial issues above will be elaborated based on the three research problems below: 1).How is the existence of Madura tourism? 2).Whatis the definition of sustainable development? 3). How is the position of gender plays a role and strategic function in marketing activity of Madura tourism industry for the next? This study is qualitative method. The data of this paper is from two sources namely primary and secondary data. The theory perspective of this study is using area marketing theory of Richard Florida and Femenis George Ritzer theory. In general, this paper has an aim to describe how the dynamic Madura tourism industry is, this study has big contribution in offering the Madura development idea, especially in promoting the local industry area to sustainable development area carrying the spirit of equality. Management of Islamic education and Sharia Economics has experienced rapid development and progress. The digital era brings significant changes to both dimensions of science in various aspects of life. In addition, Islamic Education Management and Sharia Economics is a national subsystem in direct contact with the pattern of community life. So it is necessary to get around and find solutions by looking at the various opportunities and challenges in printing golden generation is multidimensional. This paper will describe the strategies, opportunities and challenges of Islamic education management and Islamic economics in universities in the digital era with a library research approach. Furthermore, in this paper will also describe the condition of the global level to provide an overview of the Indonesian context. the results of this study that the opportunities and challenges of universities in internal and external aspects. This study aims to find out the entrepreneurial character of students in Islamic boarding schools, which functions to see phenomenologically the involvement of students in realizing the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools because, so far, Islamic boarding schools are only seen as Islamic educational institutions, but Islamic boarding schools as a community empowerment institution in the economic field still have not been exposed in detail and holistically. This study focuses on knowing the entrepreneurial character of students at Islamic boarding schools in the Bangkalan district and knowing the role of the entrepreneurial character of students with their involvement in advancing the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools in Bangkalan Regency, especially in Al-Hikam and Raudlatul Mutaallimin Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses documentation involving observation and in-depth interviews with several Islamic boarding schools students and caregivers (Kiai) and boarding school administrators. At the same time, data analysis uses descriptive phenomenological analysis to elucidate descriptively and introspectively all consciousness of the human form and its experience in sensory, conceptual, moral, aesthetic, and religious aspects. The results of this study show that the model for inculcating entrepreneurial character values in two Islamic boarding schools in Bangkalan Regency is through explanations to students about the success of the Prophet Muhammad as an entrepreneur and through motivational words from caregivers during recitation activities of Yellow Book related to the importance of the entrepreneurship. At the same time, the role of the character of entrepreneurship in the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools is framed as being an assistant caregiver as a facilitator for other students for training students and proposing ideas to caregivers in the selection of business units established in the Islamic boarding school. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter wirausaha santri di pesantren, yang berfungsi untuk melihat secara fenomenologis keterlibatan santri dalam mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi pesantren karena selama ini pesantren hanya dipandang sebagai lembaga pendidikan semata. Sehingga pesantren sebagai lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang ekonomi masih belum terekspos secara detail dan holistik. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui karakter wirausaha santri pondok pesantren di Kabupaten bangkalan dan ingin mengetahui peran karakter wirausaha santri dengan keterlibatannya dalam memajukan kemandirian ekonomi pesantren khususnya di pesantren al-Hikam dan Raudlatul Mutaallimin yang menjadi objek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi berupa observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa santri, pengurus dan Kiai pesantren. Sementara itu, analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif fenomenologis untuk menguraikan secara deskriptif dan introspektif seluruh kesadaran bentuk manusia dan pengalamannya dalam aspek indrawi, konseptual, moral, estetika, dan religi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model penanaman nilai karakter kewirausahaan di dua pesantren di Kabupaten Bangkalan tersebut adalah melalui penjelasan kepada santri tentang keberhasilan Nabi Muhammad Saw. sebagai wirausahawan, dan juga melalui kata-kata motivasi dari Kiai saat kegiatan pengajian kitab Kuning. Sementara itu, peran karakter entrepreneurship dalam kemandirian ekonomi pesantren dibingkai sebagai asisten Kiai sebagai fasilitator bagi santri lainnya untuk melatih santri dan memberikan ide kepada pengasuh dalam pemilihan unit usaha yang didirikan di pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan fatwa MUI No. 23 Tahun 2020 terhadap efisiensi penyaluran zakat infaq dan shadaqah perspektif fiqh al aulawiyah Di LAZISMU Pamekasan. Covid-19 berdampak signifikan di berbagai sektor di Indonesia, utamanya pada masyarakat sehingga perlu adanya saluran bantuan demi percepatan pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat. Kabupaten Pamekasan merupakan salah satu daerah yang terkena dampak pandemi dalam sektor ekonomi, pendidikan, sosial dan kesehatan. maka dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi harus ada skala prioritas dalam pemberian bantuan khusunya oleh lembaga amil zakat sebagai lembaga yang bergerak dalam bidang kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini fokus terhadap penerapan Fatwa MUI No. 23 Tahun 2020 serta pengaruh penerapan fatwa tersebut terhadap efisiensi penyaluran zakat infaq dan shadaqah berdasarkan fiqh al aulawiyah atau fiqh skala prioritas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode field risearch (studi lapangan) yakni penulis turun langsung pada tempat yang akan diteliti untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan dari fatwa MUI tersebut sudah terlaksana dan dalam penyaluran dana ZIS yang diprioritaskan adalah masyarakat perkotaan dikarenakan mereka lebih merasakan dampak nyata dari Covid-19. Masyarakat perkotaan yang penulis maksud adalah masyarakat yang notabenesnya tidak memiliki lahan pertanian serta mata pencahariannya bergantung pada pendapatan keseharian misalnya pedagang kaki lima, tukang becak, dan semacamnya. Sehingga dengan diterapkannya fatwa MUI tersebut sedikit banyak dapat membantu meringankan beban masyarakat terdampak pandemi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendayagunaan zakat produktif Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) di Pamekasan melalui sektor peternakan. jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan informan yaitu mustahik yang menerima bantuan ternak. Hasil penelitian merupakan pendayagunaan zakat produktif memberikan dua ekor kambing ternak kepada mustahik untuk diberdayakan sehingga bisa membatu permasalahan ekonomi di masa pandemi covid-19.
