Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran jatuhan pencak silat berbasis rancangan modul android bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian Dilaksanakan dengan mengadtasikan dengan keadaan pandemi covid 19 dengan 5 validasi ahli yaitu 2 pelatih pencak silat yang bersertifikat, 2 dosen ahli media, 1 guru pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) berarti penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang berorientasi pada produk. penelitian dan pengembangan adalah suatu proses yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi produk yang diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan dengan dilanjutkan pengembangan produk, kemudian produk dievaluasi, direvisi da diujicobakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis evaluasi ahli pencak silat, ahli media, ahli guru pendidikan jasmani diketahui jumlah total skor responden (∑X) adalah 55 dan julah total keseluruhan skor responden (∑X) adalah 60 sehingga, presentasenya adalah 91% dan kriteria yang ditentukan dan dapat dikatakan bahwa Memberikan contoh gerakan sehingga mudah untuk dimengerti memenuhi kriteria VALID (80%-100%) sehingga dapat digunakan dalam proses penelitian. disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran jatuhan pencak silat berbasis modul android untuk siswa SMP ini sangat efektif dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Persentase yang diperoleh dari analsis data adalah 85% dan 91%. Produk yang dikembangkan ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani khususnya materi jatuhan pencak silat pada siswa SMP. Model ini dibuat berdasarkan tingkat kebutuhan siswa dan guru dalam aktvitas gerak teknik jatuhan pencak silat ini masih sukar dipelajari. Hasil ujicoba tahap kedua penggunaan model ini ternyata menghasilkan 91% dari target yang diharapkan, artinya model ini sudah efektif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran jatuhan pencak silat pada siswa SMP.
This study aims to obtain an overview of the relationship between school principal leadership, school culture and teacher work motivation on the professionalism of physical education teachers. The study uses a quantitative approach with the Ext-Post Facto method. The population in this study amounted to 952 people from 34 Public and Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) registered in MGMP (Subject Teachers' Consultation) Physical Education Vocational School Physical Education Serdang Bedagai Regency in North Sumatra Province in 2017. Samples of 30 physical education teachers from 34 Schools using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that the principal's leadership and work motivation of teachers directly affected teacher professionalism, while school culture would not affect teacher professionalism. The conclusion is that the principal's good leadership, healthy school culture, and high teacher motivation are factors of high and low teacher professionalism.

Intelligence alone is not enough in dealing with these demands, but character is also a very important thing to realize a dream of a golden Indonesia. In terms of character formation, education takes an important role in this matter. Character education can be done in families, communities and schools.The purpose of this study was to determine the formation of characters at full day school, extracurricular and student athletes.This study uses literature study research methods on Full Day School, Extracurricular, and Student Athletes. Based on this, Full Day School, Extracurricular and Student Athletes have a role in character building.
There are four competencies that should be owned by a teacher, pedagogic, personality, professional and social. Low compensation will make performance low and vice versa. If the compensation is high, it will make the performance high. The certification allowance given to the teacher for one months salary is a form of compensation to the teacher. Based on the result of performance appraisal conducted by the District Education of Deli Serdang (School Supervisor), the data of physical education teachers performance in January 2017 at SMP Negeri Deli Serdang got the result that there is no the difference between certified and non-certified teachers performance on the subject physical education. It can make a big question mark, because according to the prevailing theory that the compensation will affect the performance. Its hoped this research will describe the difference between certified and non-certified PE teachers performance based on range of service period
This is research is intended to find out of the potential for giftedness in sport for junior school students in the Siloukahean District, Simalugun Regency. This study is a qualitative research with survey method. The population in this study were junior school students in the Silou Kahean District which consisted of 3 schools, namely SMP Negeri 1, SMP Negeri 2 and SMP Orasi Indo. There were 254 samples in this study, they are VII grade students. The results of this study found that out of 254 students from the VII grade from 3 junior schools in Silokahean District are the quality of students participating in sports in the non-potential category was 64.4%, in the less potential category was 29.9%, in the quite potential category there were 5.1%, in the potential category there is 0.4%, and in the very potential category there is none at all. From the results of talent scouting in sports conducted in the District of Silou Kahean on the VII grade of Junior School, there are six people who have a disability in athletics are long jump and shot put. The six people from, SMP Negeri 1 with 3 people and SMP Negeri 2 the others. Whereas from Orasi Indo Junior School no students were found to have a disability in sports.
