El objetivo del presente artículo de revisión es identificar las aproximaciones teóricas elaboradas acerca de las TIC en las universidades del Ecuador y América Latina. El método utilizado ha sido el teórico, básico y sistemático y para fundamentar y sustentar la literatura a utilizarse se han seleccionado bases de datos indexadas y de reconocimiento científico internacional que cumplan con los estamentos establecidos por organismos internacionales de investigación, dichas revistas en las cuales se fundamenta este estudio fueron Erick, Scielo, Google Académico, Revista Espacios, Scopus, Alteridad y Redalyc, todas estas reconocidas mundialmente y pertenecen a los países Latinoamericanos, Europa y no podría faltar 2 revistas ecuatorianas. Así mismo se seleccionaron 50 artículos de los cuales 20 fueron elegidos por tener una relación directa con la variable del presente estudio. Los años considerados oscilan entre el 2016 hasta el 2020. Resultados, Se considera también que el bagaje de información que se encontró en la red es amplia y muy nutrida, existen muchos artículos actualizados que hablan de las TIC y el uso que las universidades en el Ecuador y América Latina le están dando. Conclusiones, las TIC en la actualidad se han convertido en potenciales de aprendizaje, investigación y estudio.
In this paper the general objective was determine the situation of Argentine universities: Problems, COVID-19, ICT & efforts. Methodology, in this research, 36 documents have been selected, carried out in the period 2016 - 2021; including: scientific articles, review articles and information from websites of recognized organizations. The keywords used in the searches were: Argentine universities, COVID-19 and ICT. Results, Argentine universities have many difficulties, like other Latin American universities. The pandemic has reduced access to economic resources. However, Argentine universities are making many efforts to fulfill their social role. Conclusions, the oldest university in Argentina is the National University of Córdoba, founded in 1613. Higher education in Argentina is primarily public, where direct entry is offered to students. The professional careers preferred by Argentine students are engineering, law and administration. There are also very internationally recognized private universities. Many universities are struggling to quickly set up their virtual platforms, before classes start. The difficult economic situation that the country is going through for several years, the health emergency and social isolation due to the pandemic, have paralyzed public and private university activity. It is important and urgent that Argentine universities strengthen the adoption of ICT and also promote innovation.
It is necessary to know the state of the Chinese universities. In this paper the general objective was determine the situation of Chinese universities: Problems, COVID-19 & efforts. Methodology, in this research, 31 documents have been selected, carried out in the period 2016 - 2021; including: scientific articles, review articles and information from websites of recognized organizations. The keywords used in the searches were: Chinese universities and COVID-19. Results, China has approximately 2,845 universities, which are gradually improving their infrastructure and academic level. The percentage of women has increased (UIS.UNESCO, 2021). A close collaboration between the university and the industry was presented as they refer (Hou, Hong & Shi, 2021). Employers consider the University of Hong Kong to have the best graduates (SICAS, 2018). Difficulty deciding what to investigate. The situation in Chinese universities is stabilizing, after COVID-19 was presented, continuing with virtual courses and the intensive use of ICTs. In addition, the progressive opening of these institutions, monitoring the health of students and teachers. Conclusions, Chinese universities are ranking better in world rankings such as the QS World University Rankings. They are overcoming the limitations imposed by COVID-19. The number of graduates, researchers and patents is considerable and competes with the great powers of Europe, Asia and North America. In addition, some of its universities are achieving international recognition and have students from various parts of the world.
La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el efecto de la Prueba Ser Bachiller en los estudiantes del tercer año de secundaria. Su diseño es del tipo fenomenológico dado a que se enfoca en la esencia de la experiencia compartida y se fundamenta en el enfoque de la fenomenología hermenéutica. Se empleó un tipo de investigación básica, cuyo enfoque de investigación es mixta, aplicada a 337 estudiantes del tercer año de secundaria. Entre los resultados más significativos podemos destacar que el Promedio de la Nota obtenida para la Postulación a la Educación Superior por los estudiantes evaluados, fue de 745 ubicando a dichos sustentantes en el Nivel Elemental de los saberes disciplinares. De las conclusiones podemos destacar que la Prueba Ser Bachiller influyó de manera significativa en los estudiantes del tercer año de secundaria.
