An earthquake is a vibration that occurs due to plates at the base of the earth rubbing against each other. An earthquake can have several impacts, namely material loss and loss of life and trauma for some people who feel it. This happens because people are not fast enough in getting information. Therefore we need an earthquake detection device that is relatively inexpensive. In this study designed a prototype for earthquake early detection using Frequency Modulation (FM) communication. The components of this system are Arduino Uno which functions as a microcontroller, SW-420 vibration sensor to detect vibrations, buzzer as the output of the SW-420 sensor in the form of sound and FM transmitter V2.0 which functions as a medium for transmitting radio frequency signals and sending sound from the buzzer. The level of vibration that indicates that an earthquake occurred namely 3-5 with a conversion of 5-10 SR. The system would have the ability to provide information in the form of sound received by a radio or FM receiver. The distance that can be emitted by the FM transmitter module V2.0 is 17.87 meter
The basic literacy that must be possessed by someone to be able to compete in the 21st century is literacy, numeric literacy, scientific literacy, digital literacy, financial literacy, and cultural literacy and citizenship. This community service activity aims to develop digital literacy for teachers and students through the Teaching Campus program at Al Mufidah Elementary School Surabaya. The Teaching Campus Program is one of the implementations of the Independent Campus Policy which is beneficial for students. This community service activity at SD Al Mufidah Surabaya is carried out from March 1, 2022 to June 25, 2022. The method of activity consists of four stages each week, namely: planning weekly activities with the team, implementing weekly activity plans, analyzing weekly activities, making improvement plans and follow-up. The form of digital literacy development activities is that students help teachers and students in implementing technology, information and communication (ICT) based learning. Students assist teachers and students in optimizing the use of various digital applications, namely WhatsApp, Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, Google Drive, and Google Form. Students also assist teachers in preparing teaching materials in the form of power point media (ppt) and learning videos. Thus, the Campus Teaching program is beneficial for students to gain hands-on experience in the field about becoming professional teachers, teachers and students also gain information and skills in using various digital technologies as a provision to face global competition in the 21st century.
Petani tembakau pada Jawa Tengah sering melakukan hubungan komersial terhadap banyak pihak. Salah satu dari aksi proses tersebut adalah proses hutang piutang antara petani dengan pedagang. Kesulitan yang muncul dari proses tersebut adalah ketika mencatat data hutang setiap harinya. Seringkali petani pada daerah tersebut masih menggunakan kertas sebagai media untuk menyimpan data hutang. Tentunya hal ini dapat menjadi masalah ketika kertas tersebut hilang dan data hutang yang dimiliki juga hilang. Sehingga diusulkan untuk membuat aplikasi pencatatan hutang pada perangkat bergerak sehingga mudah dibawa dan data yang disimpan tidak mudah hilang. Tetapi muncul permasalahan baru yaitu ketika perangkat bergerak tidak terhubung dengas jaringan internet apakah data hutang masih tetap dapat disimpan melihat bahwa daerah tempat petani berada tidak memiliki jaringan internet yang memadai. Berdasarkan pada masalah yang dihadapi, maka diusulkan untuk membuat algoritma sinkronisasi yang dapat menangani ketika perangkat bergerak tidak terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Data tersebut akan dilakukan sinkronisasi pada aplikasi situs web yang dibuat, sehingga data yang dimasukkan oleh petani ketika tidak terhubung dengan jaringan internet dapat tersimpan dengan baik tanpa takut kehilangan data hutang tersebut. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian kotak putih dan pengujian aktual. Untuk pengujian kotak putih yang diujikan pada algoritma yang telah dibuat, didapatkan hasil bahwa algoritma yang dibuat memiliki tingkat resiko yang rendah dan probabilitas perbaikan sebesar 5 persen. Untuk pengujian aktual yang dilakukan, berdasarkan hasil yang didapat tiap skenario pengujian dapat teruji dengan baik dan menghasilkan hasil yang baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma yang telah dibuat layak untuk diterapkan pada perangkat bergerak.
