Pada hakikatnya manusia adalah homo economicus, kata ini berasal dari bahasa latin yang artinya manusia ekonomi. Homo economicus merupakan sosok manusia yang rasional dan berkebebasan dalam menentukan pilihan-pilihan yang ada untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu.Sehingga dalam setiap perilakunya manusia harus lebih bersifat rasional dalam memilih sumber daya yang ada (Case Fair, 2007:29).Namun, pada kenyataannya perilaku manusia khususnya perilaku konsumsi lebih mengarah pada perilaku konsumtif (Septiana, 2013).Jika diperhatikan lebih lanjut, perilaku konsumtif ini cenderung terjadi di masyarakat yang ada di sekitar kita. Dapat dicontohkan bahwa masyarakat pesisir yang akan dijadikan fokus dalam penelitian ini, kecenderungan sangat konsumtif. Hal ini ditandai dengan adanya banyak penjual makanan di sepanjang jalan Desa Bandaran, Kecamatan Tlanakan, Kabupaten Pamekasan.Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah diuraikan di atas, maka permasalahan yang ingin diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut: (a) bagaimana perilaku konsumsi masyarakat pesisir di Desa Bandaran, Kecamatan Tlanakan, Kabupaten Pamekasan? (b) bagaimana perilaku konsumtif masyarakat pesisir dalam tinjauan Islam di Desa Bandaran, Kecamatan Tlanakan, Kabupaten Pamekasan? Serta (c) bagaimana masyarakat pesisir di Desa Bandaran, Kecamatan Tlanakan, Kabupaten Pamekasan memaknai kata “maslahah” dalam perilaku konsumsinya?Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Penelitian dengan pendekatan fenomenologi merupakan strategi penelitian dimana di dalamnya peneliti mengidentifikasi hakikat pengalaman manusia tentang suatu fenomena. Peneliti memilih jenis penelitian fenomenologi karena peneliti ingin memahami dan mengungkapkan fenomena perilaku konsumsi masyarakat pesisir di Desa Bandaran, Kecamatan Tlanakan, Kabupaten Pamekasan yang terjadi di lapangan secara alami, utuh, dan akurat sehingga penelitian ini hanya bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi.Hasil dan pembahasan yang diperoleh dari temuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa: (a) perilaku konsumsi masyarakat pesisir di Desa Bandaran, Kecamatan Tlanakan, Kabupaten Pamekasan, dengan mayoritas bekerja sebagai nelayan, meraka mencari nafkah pagi, siang, sore dan bahkan malam. Sekalipun mereka memiliki semangat dalam urusan ekonomidan konsumsinya. (b) perilaku konsumtif masyarakat pesisir dalam tinjauan Islam di Desa Bandaran, Kecamatan Tlanakan, Kabupaten Pamekasan, dalam satu sisi, pelestarian seperti ini sangat perlu dilestarikan karena ikut mennyumbangkan warisan budaya tetap terjaga, serta turut menjaga ukhuwah islamiah karena mampu menghadirkan banyak orang dalam tahlilan ini. Serta, (c) masyarakat pesisir di Desa Bandaran, Kecamatan Tlanakan, Kabupaten Pamekasan memaknai kata “Maslahah” dalam perilaku konsumsinyasangat peduli antar sesama dan menjunjung kemaslahatan dalam melakukan kegiatan konsumsinya. It is characterized by the presence of many food vendors along the way Bandaran Village, District Tlanakan, Pamekasan.Based on the background described above, then the problem that was emerged in this study are as follows: (a) how consumption behavior of coastal communities in the village Bandaran, District Tlanakan, Pamekasan? (b) how the consumer behavior of coastal communities in the review of Islam in the village bandaran, District Tlanakan, Pamekasan? And (c) how coastal communities in the village Bandaran, District Tlanakan, Pamekasan meaning of the word "maslahah" in their consumption behavior?While this type of research used in this research is a kind of phenomenological research. Research with phenomenological approach is a research strategy which included researchers identified the nature of the human experience of a phenomenon. Researchers chose the type of research phenomenology because researchers want to understand and express the phenomenon of consumption behavior of coastal communities in the village Bandaran, District Tlanakan, Pamekasan happens on the ground naturally, complete, and accurate so that the research can only be done by using qualitative research with phenomenological approach.Results and discussion obtained from findings indicate that: (a) the consumption behavior of coastal communities in the village Bandaran, District Tlanakan, Pamekasan, with the majority working as a fisherman so, they make a living morning, afternoon, evening and even night. Even if they have a passion in matters of economy and consumption. (b) the consumer behavior of coastal communities in the review of Islam in the village Bandaran, District Tlanakan, Pamekasan, on the one hand, the preservation like this very need to be preserved because it contributes cultural heritage is maintained, as well as help maintain ukhuwah Islamiah being able to present a lot of people in tahlilan this. As well, (c) the coastal communities in the village Bandaran, District Tlanakan, Pamekasan meaning of the word "Maslahah" in their consumption behavior very caring between people and uphold the benefit in conducting its consumption.
Need priority scale arrangement is done to avoid the behavior of irrational consumption. It also must pay attention to the financial capabilities to avoid greater expenditure than income. Therefore, to make the right economic decisions in consuming and avoid luxurious lifestyle, it is necessary for us understanding financial literacy. Financial Literacy is knowledge to manage finance. One of the intelligences that must be possessed by modern men is financial intelligence, namely the intelligence in managing personal assets, especially in managing personal financial assets. The object of research in this paper is students at traditional Muslim School at traditional Muslim at school of Syaichona Kholil Bangkalan District, where students at traditional Muslim School are students who live far apart from parents equipped with knowledge in managing finances and allowance. Are the students at traditional Muslim School able to coordinate his finances in traditional Muslim School? Based on the result of the research, it can be described as follows: the concept of someone's financial literacy can be seen from the his/her cognitive process or knowledge which he has in managing finance, and his/her attitudes toward personal finance that will affect his financial behavior or decision in managing finance. From the existing theory, it is adapted based on basic knowledge as well as financial attitudes for teenagers with age of 13-18 years. A review of financial literacy for students at traditional Muslim School of Syaichona Kholil Bangkalan District is appraised by simplicity and mutual sharing among fellow who is able to maintain an individual life as a social creature in the environmental diversity of the community. This sense of solidarity and kinship is needed to bring students at traditional Muslim School into real life after they no longer live in traditional Muslim School of Syaichona Kholil Bangkalan Regency
The importance of the preparation of the priority needs of course to avoid the consumption of irrational behavior and must also consider the financial ability possessed in order to avoid a larger expense than income. Therefore, to make the right economic decisions to consume and to avoid high lifestyle certainly requires knowledge about financial literacy. One of intelligence to be possessed by modern man is a financial intelligence is intelligence in managing private assets, particularly in the management of personal financial assets. Respondents in this article are students at the pondok pesantren, where students are students who live far apart the parents are equipped with the knowledge of financial management and some pocket money. Are these students can coordinate its finances in pondok pesantren?Researchers choose the type of phenomenology research because researchers want to understand and reveal the model of financial literacy pondok pesantren in Madura. So this can be seen in the field naturally, intact, and accurate so that this research can only be done by using qualitative research with phenomenology approach.Based on the results of the discussion, it can be described as follows: the concept of financial literacy a person can be seen from the cognitive processes or the knowledge that he has in managing finances, and in the attitude to personal finance that will affect their financial behavior or decisions in managing finances. From the existing theory, with this adjusted based on the basic knowledge and financial attitudes for older children or are in the age of 13-18 years. Model of financial literacy in pondok pesantren through the value of simplicity and sharing among fellow was able to maintain the life of an individual as social beings that exist in the diversity of the community. Solidarity and kinship is later is needed to bring the students into real life after they no longer live in the pondok pesantren.Pentingnya penyusunan skala prioritas kebutuhan tentunya untuk menghindari perilaku konsumsi yang tidak rasional dan juga harus memperhatikan kemampuan keuangan yang dimiliki agar tidak terjadi pengeluaran yang lebih besar dari pada pendapatan. Oleh karena itu, untuk membuat keputusan ekonomi yang tepat dalam berkonsumsi dan terhindar dari gaya hidup tinggi tentunya dibutuhkan pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan (financial literacy). Salah satu kecerdasan yang harus dimiliki oleh manusia modern adalah kecerdasan keuangan yaitu kecerdasan dalam mengelola aset pribadi, khususnya dalam pengelolaan aset keuangan pribadi. Responden dalam tulisan ini adalah santri di pondok pesantren, dimana santri merupakan peserta didik yang hidup berjauhan dengan orang tua yang dibekali dengan pengetahuan dalam mengatur keuangan dan sejumlah uang saku. Apakah santri tersebut dapat mengkoordinir keuangannya di pondok pesantren?Peneliti memilih jenis penelitian fenomenologi karena peneliti ingin memahami dan mengungkapkan model literasi keuangan pondok pesantren di Madura. Sehingga hal ini dapat terlihat di lapangan secara alami, utuh, dan akurat sehingga penelitian ini hanya bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi.Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, maka dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut: konsep literasi keuangan (financial literacy) seseorang dapat dilihat dari proses kognitifnya atau pengetahuan yang dia miliki dalam mengelola keuangan, dan dalam sikap terhadap keuangan pribadi yang akan mempengaruhi perilaku keuangannya atau keputusannya dalam mengelola keuangan. Dari teori yang ada, dengan ini disesuaikan berdasarkan pengetahuan dasar serta sikap keuangan untuk anak remaja atau berada dalam usia 13-18 tahun. Model literasi keuangan di pondok pesantren melalui nilai kesederhanaan dan saling berbagi antar sesama mampu mempertahankan kehidupan seorang individu sebagai makhluk sosial yang ada dalam keanekaragaman lingkungan masyarakat. Rasa solidaritas dan kekeluargaan inilah nanti sangat diperlukan untuk membawa santri ke dalam kehidupan yang nyata setelah mereka tidak tinggal lagi di pondok pesantren.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Pondok Pesantren, and Madura
The market as it is known is the location for buying and selling transactions, whether it be in the form of daily basic needs, clothing, and other goods. Markets that are well known to the wider community are the Traditional Market and the Modern Market. Housewives can be classified as one of the consumers, tend to have large consumptive behavior and are included in the consumer group who pays attention to various aspects of shopping, especially for shopping. The purpose of this study is that researchers have a goal to find out whether there are significant differences in the consumptive behavior of housewives towards shopping interest in traditional markets and modern markets during the COVID-19 pandemic in Klampis Timur Village. The variable of consumptive behavior has more influence on the variable of shopping interest in the modern market compared to the traditional market.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa terhadap pengaruh pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisa regresi untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperolah analisa regresi dan uji signifikansi melelui uji t. Melalui analisa regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi yang menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang searah (positif) antara pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa. Setiap perubahan variabel pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluarga akan berpengaruh positif terhadap perubahan variabel perilaku konsumsi siswa. Uji signifikansi uji t menunjukkan hasil analisa yang menyatakan bahwa Ha diterima artinya pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluargaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa. Era globalisasi menyebabkan terjadinya pergeseran dari pola konsumsi kearah perilaku konsumtif. Khususnya di kalangan remaja yang cenderung kurang pertimbangan matang dalam pemilihan produk untuk dikonsumsi. Melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan penjelasan yang diberikan oleh orangtua sebagai pendidik yang pertama dan utama di lingkungan keluarga maka akan dapat membentuk pola pikir, pola sikap dalam perilaku konsumsi siswa berdasarkan rasional bukan emosional. Artinya pemahaman dalam melakukan pemilihan produk berdasarkan kebutuhan (rasional) bukan sebaliknya hanya karena keinginan, kepuasan, bahkan gengsi (emosional).
