The article considers the main directions of optimization of technological process management in the transport industry in the context of the implementation of professional psychological support procedures (on the example of JSC "Russian Railways"). Railway transport is one of the dynamically developing industries, with complex automated technological processes, which requires highly qualified personnel involved in all branches and structural divisions of JSC "Russian Railways". The interrelation between the implementation of the Transport Strategy of the Russian Federation and the need for qualified performance of official duties of employees who meet the requirements of current professional standards is noted: successful performance of professional activities by employees with a high level of professional competencies and versatility of labor functions is necessary for modern transport organizations. The main principles, types and stages of professional psychological support are highlighted. The analysis of the directions of personnel work of JSC "Russian Railways" and its interaction with educational organizations of higher education in terms of professional psychological support is carried out. The significant role of industrial practice, the implementation of mentoring in the course of educational and professional activities, training programs for students of higher educational institutions are noted. In the process of professional psychological support of the professional activities of transport personnel performing their official duties related to automation and control of technological processes in the transport industry, there is not just a study of their professional abilities, but an assessment of their current state, professional readiness and professional suitability for work. Professional psychological support is considered as a system of continuous interaction between the subject of labor and accompanying persons, within which an active role belongs to all participants in the labor process of support.
The article examines the current trends of professional training of specialists in the conditions of digital transformation of science and education. Integration of information technologies into almost all spheres of life support of citizens, digitalization of various types of professional activities conceptually changes not only the previously existing formats of relations, but also directly affects the culture and forms of professional and interpersonal interaction between people, and also provides a certain level of information socialization. Taking into account the uniqueness of the possibilities of information technologies in science and education allows us to talk about a qualitative change in the socio-economic life of society, rethinking scientific and educational activities, effective communication between subjects of digital transformation at various levels. Priority and significant today are such trends in the context of professional training of specialists as: continuing education of specialists studying, taking into account the use of various information resources; collective form of interaction in teaching, with a focus on solving certain applied tasks, focusing on obtaining specific practical knowledge, skills and abilities; implementation of a differentiated approach to building pedagogical interaction between the teacher and students, individualization of learning; use of distance and mixed learning formats; improvement of educational platforms in educational practice; the use of artificial intelligence technologies in online education, virtual and augmented reality, gamification of the educational process; the construction and use of digital twins in education; the acquisition of knowledge, skills, skills, competencies in the framework of mentoring, with the participation of a professional (teacher-mentor, teacher-practitioner, practicing consultant, expert); the development of educational programs, corresponding to the priority directions of development of society and economy. The use of new educational practices in the framework of professional training, based both on the use of information technologies and on traditional approaches of pedagogical interaction, allows not only to realize learning goals, but also to be involved in active social life and professional activities.
Based on the analysis of Russian literature, the article considers e-learning as a modern format of educational activity, as a modern pedagogical technology. The role of digital transformation of education is emphasized, which involves constant updating of the content of education and planned learning outcomes, methods, means and control of educational activities in a dynamically developing digital information and educational environment. The use of new types of educational activities based on the interpenetration of already traditional teaching models and modern digital technologies contributes to the quality training of students. Taking into account the prevailing factors, the most effective in this regard is the creation and use of educational e-courses, the active introduction of e-learning into the professional training of specialists. The implementation of educational activities based on e-learning is accompanied by a specially created information and educational environment, which takes over the provision of training through the use of information and communication technologies, network services for the development of educational programs. Electronic educational resources are presented in electronic form and include a certain structure, the main subject content and output data. Thanks to electronic resources, information interaction between participants in educational relations is ensured, the quality of formed competencies and the knowledge of information culture among students increases. The active introduction of e-learning requires not only the psychological and professional preparedness of all participants in the educational distance learning process, but also its theoretical development and methodological support. The development of e-learning stimulates the need for the formation of professional competencies among teachers for successful activities in the electronic information and educational environment. Electronic educational technologies make it possible to complement and expand existing forms of educational communication, and in this sense, the use of e-learning in education today is not only the use of information technologies and digital solutions in the interaction of the teacher and students, but also defines a new format of teaching.
The article provides a review of the scientific psychological and pedagogical literature on the issue of the study of the teacher's professionalism in the conditions of the implementation of distance learning. For a modern teacher, the formation and development of his own professional and pedagogical competence becomes important, which, in accordance with the existing professional standards of pedagogical work, can be represented by such components of competence as the presence of certain personal characteristics that are of priority importance for scientific and pedagogical activity; the ability to motivate students to achieve the goals of educational interaction; understanding of the goals and objectives of pedagogical activity, the subject and its content and assimilation; skills and abilities to develop programs of pedagogical activity and readiness to make pedagogical decisions; possession of information culture and information and communication technologies in various forms of education; competence in the organization of their pedagogical work. Among the key digital competencies of teachers currently distinguish such as the use of information technology in everyday teaching work, the possession of digital tools to evaluate the results of pedagogical activity, the use of information tools to expand the educational opportunities of students, the development of skills for creating and sharing digital resources, etc. One of the significant results today is the expansion of the professionalism of teachers (unexpectedly for them), the development of new technical knowledge, skills, skills in the implementation of distance learning, mutual assistance and psychological and pedagogical support for both students and teachers at various stages of the distance learning process. Possession of information technologies for the transmission and presentation of educational material, a certain level of information culture, methods of digital and e-learning is a mandatory requirement for a teacher, which allows him to holistically build a distance learning process, develop and update his professional competencies and, thus, realize the set learning goals.
The article discusses the main approaches to assessing the effectiveness of scientific activities of scientific and educational organizations. Evaluation of the effectiveness of scientific activity implies the use of a certain arsenal of methods that allow analyzing the state and development of indicators of research work, as well as the ability to measure the analyzed parameters using mathematical and statistical apparatus. Within the framework of the analysis of approaches to assessing the effectiveness of scientific activities of scientific and educational organizations, the following problematic and promising aspects are identified: access to primary, source data on publications, implementing organizations, research scientists, scientific conferences held, etc.; when analyzing the results of scientific activity, it is absolutely necessary to link, identify the objects of accounting in the bibliographic database: publications (article, dissertation, monograph, etc.), authors, scientific journals, scientific and practical conferences held, organization (for affiliation of authors and publications), grant-forming funds and organizations, etc.; completeness, or coverage of the effectiveness of scientific activity within the framework of scientometric analysis (in which and in how many scientometric databases it is advisable to search), in which it is necessary to use methods of qualified selection of publications to ensure the necessary completeness and quality; active use of modern analytical tools; indication of the thematic direction and heading of the State Scientific and Technical Information; quality of the submitted materials in bibliographic databases; availability of various information systems to account for the results of scientific activity; evaluation of scientific activity by specially selected experts who have a certain weight in the scientific professional community. Scientometric approaches are important in the context of the digital transformation of the branch of science and higher education, moreover, they are conducive to scientific communication in the existing information society, which is significant for the development of scientific activity in general.
