The purpose research and development of students worksheets science based on local wisdom of coffee on the subject effort and energy were described validity of product, described critical thinking skill of students and described students response. PENDAHULUANPembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) secara terpadu dalam praktiknya masih menghadapi kendala, salah satu kendalanya ialah kurangnya sumber belajar untuk siswa. Hasil wawancara dengan salah satu guru IPA di SMP Argopuro 2 Suci memberikan informasi tentang kendala pembelajaran IPA ialah kurangnya sumber belajar yang menyebabkan pembelajaran terpaku pada satu buku. Proses pembelajaran IPA di sekolah menggunakan satu bahan ajar yang biasa disebut LKS (Lembar Kerja Siswa). LKS yang digunakan menguraikan ringkasan materi dan latihan soal. LKS tersebut telah sesuai dengan kurikulum dan kebutuhan siswa, hanya saja aplikasi konsep yang disajikan masih secara umum dan belum menyajikan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan kearifan lokal. Selain itu, guru mengaku sangat jarang mengaitkan konsep materi IPA dengan kearifan lokal yang ada di sekitar lingkungan sekolah. Sehingga siswa belum pernah diajarkan pembelajaran yang berbasis kearifan lokal.Kearifan lokal merupakan tradisi yang berkembang di masyarakat untuk mengelola sumber daya yang ada agar tetap terjaga kelestariannya. Kota Jember dikenal sebagai kota agraris yang banyak memproduksi komoditi kopi. Sehingga sudah selayaknya kearifan lokal kopi diinternalisasikan ke dalam pembelajaran di sekolah, agar siswa lebih mengenal kearifan lokal kopi di daerahnya. Karena dari hasil penyebaran angket 73,33 % siswa menyatakan belum tau kearifan lokal yang ada di daerahnya.
This research is a type of descriptive research. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using PhET simulation in online learning on temperature and heat material based on student learning outcomes. The level of student effectiveness can be known through the results of the Pre-test and Post-test. PhET simulation is a virtual laboratory simulation covering physics, chemistry, mathematics, earth science, and biology. Furthermore, this research was carried out at SMAN 2 Jember from 3 - 6 January 2022 in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The population in this study were students of class XI IPA SMAN 2 Jember. Prior to sampling, homogeneity test was carried out with the help of the SPSS program. This homogeneity test is used to determine whether the sample data is obtained from a population with homogeneous variance or not. Data on the effectiveness of using PhET simulation in online learning on temperature and heat materials were obtained from test results. it is known that the N-gain score obtained is 0.669. So it can be concluded that the effectiveness of using PhET simulation in online learning on temperature and heat material is in the medium category. Student learning outcomes also increased compared to before using the PhET simulation. Meanwhile, students admitted that they were enthusiastic and not bored so that it was easier for students to understand the material taught by the teacher. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis model POE yang diuji cobakan pada materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke serta mengukur efektivitas LKS dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) menggunakan desain pengembangan 4-D yang dimodifikasi berdasarkan tingkat kewenangan dan waktu yang dimiliki peneliti. Hasil validasi LKS dianalisis dengan deskriptif presentase. Uji pengembangan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dilakukan dengan metode action research. Hasil pengembangan LKS berbasis model POE aspek kelayakan isi memperoleh skor 81%, aspek kegrafikaan memperoleh skor 82%, aspek penyajian memperoleh skor 80%, dan aspek kebahasaan memperoleh skor 79% dengan kategori layak. Hasil nilai rata-rata post-test sebesar 77, hasil ini tergolong dalam kategori efektif. Ketuntasan hasil belajar klasikal siswa mencapai 83,3%. Aktivitas belajar klasikal siswa dengan menggunakan LKS model POE sebesar 90,6 dengan kategori sangat aktif. Penggunaan LKS model POE dalam pembelajaran memperoleh tanggapan yang sangat positif dari siswa dengan persentase sebesar 86,7%. Pengembangan lembar kerja siswa berbasis model POE pada materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke layak dan efektif diterapkap dalam pembelajaran fisika. This research aims to prove that Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) magnetic field radiation can be used in the process of milkfish preservation. The sampling consists of three groups, the first group is exposed by ELF magnetic field of 750 μT, the second group is exposed by ELF magnetic field of 900 μT, and these groups are exposed in 2x 30 minutes and 2x 45 minutes. The third group is the control, which does not need to be exposed by the ELF magnetic field. The research finding shows that the ELF magnetic field radiation exposure of 730-μT intensity during 2x30 minutes in the fresh milkfish has been proven to reduce bacterial growth up to 73% and the exposure of 880μT ELF magnetic field radiation can reduce the bacterial growth up to 62% in the fifth hour after the exposure than the control. Meanwhile, the ELF magnetic field exposure by the intensity of 730μT or 880μT during 2 x 45 minutes significantly shows the stability of bacteria number than the control. Therefore, the ELF magnetic field radiation in more than 700μT intensity in 2 x 30 minutes has the potential to be applied in the process of milkfish preservation.
