New educational models are necessary to update learning environments to the digitally shared communication and information. Collective intelligence is an emerging field that already has a significant impact in many areas and will have great implications in education, not only from the side of new methodologies but also as a challenge for education. This paper proposes an approach to a collective intelligence model of teaching using Internet to combine two strategies: idea management and real time assessment in the class. A digital tool named Fabricius has been created supporting these two elements to foster the collaboration and engagement of students in the learning process. As a result of the research we propose a list of KPI trying to measure individual and collective performance. We are conscious that this is just a first approach to define which aspects of a class following a course can be qualified and quantified.
The real-time Delphi has allowed obtaining consensual standards for communication of critical results among the laboratories participating in the study, which can serve as a basis for other organizations.
New tools are needed to facilitate the involvement of health professionals in healthcare participative processes, partially because a relevant segment of healthcare knowledge and decision-making is capillary distributed among them. A collaborative design strategy has been applied to the creation of an Internet tool to produce digitally adapted Delphi for healthcare purposes. During the period 2012-16 the prototype of the tool has been gradually improved through its application to 18 real cases. It is proposed the model Health Consensus as a digitally adapted Delphi supported by the various capabilities of Internet. The authors agree that Health Consensus is a useful and expandable tool for participative processes. The Internet provides several opportunities to overcome many of the limitations of conventional Delphi, as well as improving the final studies with new functionalities.

Health Consensus for the Assessment of Chronic Care Programs" (HC-ACP) is an internet based application created to promote and facilitate the participation of health professionals in the definition of a set of indicators for the assessment of chronic care and management of areas of improvement in this field. The first prototype of the application has been applied twice, first in the region of Catalonia, and in a second project in the context of the whole Spanish Health System. HC-ACP has collected contributions from more than 800 health professionals from around Spain including profiles in the fields of management, health care professional, health planning and quality assessment, allowing sharing and aggregate knowledge and clinical experience from a wide range of points of view. After a process of literature review and panel meetings with professionals who proposed a wide list of indicators, the HC-ACP application was used to select a minimum set of indicators following a participative process based on Health Consensus, an online Real Time Delphi method. The first part of this chapter is devoted to expose paradigms that define the interdisciplinary research field of the method, the second part of the chapter presents the Health Consensus method, and finally the third part exposes a detailed description of the HC-ACP application and the followed process.
