In the majority of works connected with research of reliability of production and other technical systems the Kolmogorov axiomatics is applied. The corresponding analytical apparatus allows to solve problems of maximization of probability of performance of production tasks (for example, daily schedule of steel smelting or monthly production plan). Evaluation of reliability of both production and information systems is a mandatory procedure in their design and is based on the construction of a special structural scheme, called the system model for calculating its reliability. It should be noted that Kolmogorov’s axioms are formulated for a system consisting of two elements. The corresponding graphical explanation of axiom equity is based on an imaginary experiment on a random drop of a certain point on a unit square, inside of which there are two intersectingcircles whose planes are proportional to the probability of reliable operation of the corresponding elements. But there is no mention that the centers of circles should be at a certain distance from each other. In this paper, for the known Kolmogorov axioms underlying the classical probability theory, their analytical conclusion is given.
Введение Среди существующих производственных систем можно выделить простые системы и сложные системы. Простота или сложность здесь связаны с проблемами управления. Простые системы, как правило, характеризуются наличием детерминированных процессов функционирования. В противоположность простым системам сложные системы подвержены действию случайных факторов. Именно такие системы характерны для металлургического производства. Построение алгоритмов управления про-изводственными системами в металлургии требует исследования закономерностей случайных процессов, возникающих при функционировании системы. Исследование надежности управления производственными процессами в сложных производственных системах требует, как правило, применения аксиом теории вероятностей [1-9]. Практическое применение указанных аксиом, безусловно, подтверждает их справедливость. Однако весьма интересно доказать их справедливость аналитически.
The article shows the importance of the construction master plan for the flow organization of work on the construction site. Site layout should ensure the interconnection of organizational, technological and eve-ryday issues, since the timing of construction, labor discipline, comfortable and business environment de-pend on the coherence of the work, with the interaction of all participants in the investment process. It is shown that when designing a construction plan, it is necessary to take into account labor protection require-ments, and it is also important to comply with the rules of accounting, storage and release of structures, ma-terials and products, providing the construction site with machines, mechanisms and equipment, laying tem-porary engineering communications.
