Technical solutions aimed at improving the reliability of power supply to consumers of the 6-10 kV network are proposed, a block diagram of a fundamentally new device for diagnosing and protecting cells of 6-10 kV power cable lines with a single algorithm of operation is shown, which allows simultaneously performing current protection of the controlled feeder and monitoring with a predictive assessment (residual resource) of the state of the cable insulation material. A possible scheme of interaction of elements of an active-adaptive power unit of 6-10 kV is shown on the example of a cell of a 6-10 kV cable line. he device will allow you to control leakage currents in distribution networks, taking into account the remaining cable life, reduce insulation losses during power transmission and increase the energy efficiency of the controlled network by reducing power interruptions to the consumer. The quantitative values of the device will be determined after its introduction into trial operation.
The article considers an electrical device designed for diagnostic work in distribution networks of 6-10 kV, namely, the determination of damage zones in case of failure of insulating materials of cable lines during high-voltage diagnostics with a rectified voltage of negative polarity. The novelty of the developed device is its ability to connect directly to a high-voltage cable line without additional matching devices. The device is capable of detecting damage zones in lines up to 10 km remotely with an error of up to 0.2% of the cable length. The prefix allows you to fix any variants of damage to single-phase and three-phase cable lines with high transient resistance at the site of damage without the operation of “burning” insulation, which significantly reduces the time of repair work at the controlled facility.
Were considered the technical solutions sufficient for the development of smart systems for automatic information and measurement metering of electrical energy and monitoring of overhead power transmission lines of the 110-220 kV electrical grids, considering the integration of the data flow into Scada-systems of digital substation workplaces in all the accordance with the standard protocols of IEC 61850. The device allows you to control the quality of transmitted electricity, remotely monitor the condition of the line, thereby increasing the reliability of power supply and power flows in the power system, reducing the cost of operational teams for their inspection.
