Background: The fluctuated patient satisfaction level shows the need to improvenursing performance. Several factors that can improve nursing performance includeleadership, job motivation, management and environment. Leadership and job motivationbecome fundamental aspectsin improving employee performance. Aim: This study analyzedtherole of manager’s leadership and nurses’job motivation on nursing performance in the inpatient room ofthe Indonesian Red Cross Hospital Bogor.Methods: This study sampled a total of 150 nurses in the inpatient roomof the Indonesian Red Cross Hospital Bogorusing the incidental random sampling technique. This study employed a path analysis with three variables, such as manager’s leadership and job motivation as exogenous variables and nursing performance as an endogenous variable.Results: Leadership of the head of the inpatient room couldincrease job motivation and nursing performance.Conclusion: Manager’s leadership and job motivation could affect the level of nurses’ performancepartially and simultaneously. The Indonesian Red Cross Hospital Bogor could provide regular training to every head of the room to enhance their leadership and nurses’ job motivation. This research was conducted when the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia had occurred over the past year. The existence of pandemic forced the learning systems around the world to change into online learning in order to make safer and more efficient for everyone that involved. However, there are several impacts arise when online learning happened for the long-term. The research discussed about the various impact of long-term online learning, especially on students and teachers from the Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 Godean, Yogyakarta. This research covers (1) the impact of long-term online learning for students; (2) the impact of long-term online learning for teachers. There were 25 student and six teacher respondents from SMKN 1 Godean. The data was collected online using close questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive statistics. The results showed, there is more than 60% of students agreed that long-term online learning brings an impact on them. Additionally, more than 50% of teachers agree that long-term online learning brings impacts on them.
Problem of this study is how influence of emotional maturity on employee’s performance. How influence of quality of work life on employee’s performance. How influence of job motivation on employee’s performance. How influence emotional maturity, quality of work life and job motivation on employee’s performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of emotional maturity on employee’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of quality of work life on employee’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of job motivation on employee’s performance. Determine and analyze the effect of emotional maturity, quality of work life and job motivation on employee’s performance. Sample in the study is 48 employee’s. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate emotional maturity variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Quality of work life variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Emotional maturity, quality of work life and job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance.
Mendalamkan karakter kepemimpinan pada kegiatan ekstrakulikuler pramuka yang dilakukan oleh Pembina pramuka SDN Medalem I dengan tujuan agar siswa SDN Medalem I benar-benar memiliki karakter kepemimpinan yang baik dan penuh rasa tanggungjawab. Selain itu penerapan karakter kepemimpinan siswa pada ekstrakulikuler pramuka di SDN Medalem I dilakukan sejak dini agar mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan yang akan datang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses implementasi dan manfaat pendidikan kepramukaan sebagai media pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan siswa di SDN Medalem I. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskritif yakni melihat fenomena yang terjadi dilapangan unt[1]uk memperoleh data dan penguraiannya secara sistematik sehingga mudah untuk dipahami. Dan teknik yang digunakan adalah observasi, komunikasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan proses implementasi dan manfaat pendidikan kepramukaan sebagai media pembentukan karaker kepemimpinan siswa pembina menggunakan metode belajar sambil melakukan learning by doing tahap transinternalisasi nilai dengan memberikan contoh terlebih dahulu kemudian peserta Pramuka mengikutinya. Penerapan jelajah alam yang dilakukan setia tiga bulan sekali yang dilakukan diakhir pertemuan. Dan penerapan pada kegiatan-kegiatan dalam ekstrakuler pramuka
