Yoga in Pregnant, Physical and Psychological Of Preparation. During pregnancy will change physically and psychologically that will be experienced by a mother. These changes may cause discomfort, especially in the third trimester. Therefore pregnant women should receive care in pregnancy to be able to adapt to changes both physical and psychological. The purpose of care during pregnancy to prepare for childbirth which is physiological with the aim of mother and fetus will be born in a healthy state. One of the alternative ways to prepare for the physical and psychological mother in the face of labor is a pregnancy yoga exercises. The design of this study was a quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. Population in this study were all pregnant women who do yoga exercises in Antepartum Gentle Yoga class at Hotel of Puri Artha Yogyakarta. The population in this study of 24 respondents. the instruments used questionnaires. The data were analyzed by bivariate. There was a significant correlation (p<0.001)between yoga exercise on physical and psychological preparation of pregnant women during labor. Background: The first two years of life is a period that lasts very short and cannot be repeated again, so it is referred to as a "golden period" or a window of opportunity. Inappropriate nutritional intake will also cause children to experience malnutrition, which ultimately increases the incidence of morbidity and mortality. According to a survey of micronutrients in 12 provinces in Indonesia shows that the age group 6-11 months consume nutrients lower than other age group. Purpose of this research is the relationship of Complementary Food Intake of Breast Milk (MPASI) with infants / children growth ages 6-24 months. Methods: This study was a descriptive analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The population is mothers who have babies / children aged 6-24 months. Samples were taken by consecutive sampling method with 18 babies / children. Data analysis using Chi Square with a significance limit of α = 0.05. Result: Respondents with Complementary Food Intake of Breast Milk giving, most of the growth was normal, namely 10 respondents (55.5%), respondents with sufficient Complementary Food Intake of Breast Milk giving, normal growth was 2 respondents (11.1%) and respondents with less Complementary Food Intake of Breast Milk giving were high growth (11.1 %). Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between the provision of complementary feeding and the growth of infants / children 6-24 months in the Gamping Wirastri Integrated Health Center in Sleman.
Kesehatan reproduksi remaja merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena disanalah letak kualitas generasi yang akan datang. Keadaan sehat bukan hanya secara fisik, mental dan sosial, tetapi juga tidak adanya penyakit, gangguan yang berkaitan dengan sistem reproduksinya baik fungsi maupun proses dari reproduksi itu sendiri. Pembatasan aktivitas selama masa pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan perubahan pada diri remaja. Selama masa pandemi aktivitas yang terbatas membuat remaja tidak banyak melakukan kegiatan diluar ruangan, selain itu proses pembelajaran selama pandemic yang masih daring membuat remaja malas untuk bergerak. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang gerak tubuh dan gizi seimbang pada remaja dapat memengaruhi status gizi yang akan berdampak pada kemampuan kognitif dan kesehatan fisik termasuk kesehatan reproduksi. Latihan fisik dapat memengaruhi kesehatan fisik dan mental dengan meningkatkan kekuatan dan stamina, membantu membangun tulang dan otot yang sehat, membantu berat badan, mengurangi tingkat kecemasan dan stress, serta meningktkan kepercayaan diri. Latihan fisik yang dilakukan secara reguler minimal selama 30 menit sampai dengan usia lanjut dapat meminimalisir risiko obesitas, diabetes melitus, penyakit jantung dan kanker. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada remaja masjid Al Muharom Brajan Bantul sebagai salah satu mitra kerjasama Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu seluruhnya merupakan remaja awal, setelah mengikuti yoga tekanan darah dan nadi dalam keadaan normal, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi.
