This research is aimed at discovering (a) whether or not there is significant ability differences in identifying Arabic minimal pairs among students taught by using at-Tsunaaiyyah at-Tsughra(minimal pairs) and the students taught without the technique; (b) the effectiveness of using at-Tsunaaiyyah atTsughratechnique in supporting students' Arabic minimal pair identification ability who were taught by using the technique, comparing to the students without being taught by that technique.
