The COVID-19 pandemic suddenly made the company inevitably has to run its operational activities in a way of work from home. The sudden change in the operational activity system can have an impact on the work-life balance of employees. In this study, the researchers wanted to know the work-life balance of the employees during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of work from home. The research method used is a survey method with descriptive verification research type. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing the questionnaire. The results showed that work from home respectively has a positive and significant effect on the work-life balance on the employees. There are dimensions and indicators that are the highest and lowest in constructing each variable and the results of this study are expected to be used by the company to minimize and anticipate the occurrence of negative effects on work-life balance in terms of the aspects of work from home.
This research’s purpose is to determine the impact of perceived organizational support and work from home on the work-life balance of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used was the survey method. It took 30 respondents as samples from Gramedia TSM – Bandung by using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. A descriptive and verificative survey was the research type used in this study. The data were processed with multiple regression analyses. The research result showed that perceived organizational support, work from home, and work-life balance are on a good level. The hypothesis testing showed that work from home has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance partially. Perceived organizational support has also a significant and positive effect on work-life balance. Both of them, work from home and perceived organizational support affect work-life balance simultaneously. This study concluded that perceived organizational support and work from home were two significant predictors to construct work-life balance. This information is useful for the company in evaluating the work-life balance of employees through the implementation of work from home and perceived organizational support.
The purpose of this research is to examine work-family conflict, work stress, and employee performance, as well as to determine the impact of work-family conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujungberung during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a survey method. Descriptive and verificative surveys are the type of study used in this research by using multiple regression analysis. The sample in this research was 30 respondents from PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Branch of Ujung Berung -Bandung. Determination of respondents was taken by using the non-probability sampling method with the saturated sampling technique. The data used are the primary results obtained from distributing questionnaires. According to the findings of this study, there is a high level of workfamily conflict, a high level of work stress at the company, and a high level of employee performance. Hypothesis testing shows that work-family conflict partially doesn't have a significant impact on employee performance, work stress partially doesn't have a significant impact on employee performance, and simultaneously workfamily conflict and work stress do not have a significant impact on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Branch of Ujung Berung -Bandung.
Leaders and employees are valuable human resources in a company. Proper leadership accompanied by employee commitment is needed for the organization’s sustainability. This research seeks to ascertain the influence of authentic leadership and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. Survey method with descriptive and verificative research was used to obtain the data by using are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. Saturated Sampling is the method of sampling that is used.. The samples involved were 97 respondents, namely employees at PT Aneka Produksi Nusajaya. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior was positively and significantly influenced by organizational commitment and authentic leadership , either partially or concurrently. In addition, variable of authentic leadership have a greater influence on organizational citizenship behavior than variable of organizational commitment. This research findings are expected to be used by companies to build organizational citizenship behavior through aspects of authentic leadership and organizational commitment.
In high-rise buildings, basements are often used in addition to functioning as parking areas and utilities, the existence of the basement also provides structural advantages as a support for building more solidly and tracing it to the ground. The deeper layers of the basement make the soil excavation work deeper so as to demand a strong retaining wall structure, in this research the method used is the retaining wall structure of the diaphragm wall. In this study, the factors that influence the forwarding of engineering value are sought in the work of Diaphragm Wall using the RII method. The questionnaire was distributed to 38 respondents as position are Estimator, Project Manager, Site Manager, Quality Control and Supervisor. From the results of the analysis found 10 factors that influence the application of value engineering on D-Wall work in buildings, namely cost efficiency, increasing function value, better project value, careful planning, analysis breakdown, model cost, location, completeness of drawings and specifications , resource price information, price fluctuations.
