Platform food delivery service merupakan salah satu bentuk digital marketing yang diterapkan oleh sebagian UKM bisnis kuliner. Penelitian ini menguraikan peranan platform food delivery service dalam mendukung 8 aspek stimulus perusahaan (marketing mix) bisnis kuliner UKM di masa new normal. Metode yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data sekunder hasil observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian terdiri dari vendor Grabfood dalam menampilkan layanan terhadap 25 merchant UKM bisnis kuliner yang telah mengadopsi kemitraan food delivery service Grabfood di masa new normal.

The changing from human services to electronic services affects the millennialgeneration activities. Electronic banking services give the rise customer value, and electronicbanking provided by a reputation bank increase the pride of using the services. Banksservices without human’s interaction can increase customer value or benefits. Abstrak Teknik Audit Berbantuan Komputer (TABK) mengacu pada software ACL (Audit Command Langguage Versi 9), berguna menghitung Profile, Statistik, dan Stratify secara otomatis untuk mengatahui apakah terjadinya anomali. Dalam kasus ini menggunakan field amount pada file Account Receivable(AR), tempat menyimpan informasi saldo akhir. Penelitian ini telah membahas 161 record dari 772 record bersaldo negatip atau 27.72% dari total piutang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kebijakan perusahaan terhadap saldo negatip. Apakah saldo negatif dapat dikonversi menjadi barang atau jaminan piutang. Jika saldo positip sama dengan saldo negatif maka saldo piutang akan nol. Hal ini dapat terjadi salah interpretasi terhadap AR dan berpengaruh pada informasi penjualan kredit dimana Informasi tersebut seolah-olah tidak ada penjualan kredit padahal terjadi penjualan kredit. ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan proses pengadaan barang dan jasa sewajarnya mengacu kepada best practice. Best practice tersebut telah dirangkum dalam sutu program yang disebut Procurement Maturity Model (PMM). Dalam penelitian ini LPSE kota Depok yang mewakili pemkot Depok, dilihat apakah pelaksanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa selama ini sudah mampu mencapai predikat best in class atau world class. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa LPSE kota depok sudah melampau predikat optimizing, belum mencapai predikat best in class. LPSE sudah melaksanakan 2 dari delapan entitas best practice yaitu entitas Value dan entitas Policy. Masih ada 6 entitas lain yang belum mencapai best practice. Ada beberapa gap yang perlu dihilangkah agar bisa mencapai predikat best in class atau world class. Sebanyak 18% gap pada posisi minimal artinya hanya beberapa item lagi bisa mencapai best practice, sebanyak 21% pada posisi significant gap, artinya banyak best practice yang belum dilaksanakan, sedangkan subtansial gap hanya 5%, artinya sedikit pelaksanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa hanya 5% yang belum melaksanakan best practice. Secara umum predikat LPSE dapat dikatakan mencapai best inclass dengan hanya memperbaiki beberapa item, misalnya otomatisasi dalam berapa hal (lhat lampiran 1). Best practices have been combine in one aplication called Procurement Maturity Model (PMM). Using PMM this research analize wheather LPSE, Government of Kota Depok has done best practices in procurement process. This reseach show that only 2 or 8 entities of best practice have been done by the LPSE or only 56% of best pracitices have been implemented by the goverment of Kota Depok. There are GAPs that need to be released in order to achieve best in class or world class predicate. According to this reseacrh, LPSE kota Depok has achieved beyond the optimizing predicate, nearly achieve the best in class predicate. Key word: Procurement, best in class, LPSE, Kota Depok
