The introduction of basic computer media for early childhood is very important because it is one of the skills that children need in this century. Need to support parents and teachers in developing the implementation of the use of computer technology at home or at school. This study aims to determine and understand the state of learning conducted based on technology. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study model. This study involved 15 children and 5 parents. Data obtained through interviews (children and parents) and questionnaires for parents. The results showed that children who were introduced to and taught basic computers earlier became more skilled in learning activities. Suggestions for further research to be more in-depth both qualitatively and quantitatively explore the use of the latest technology to prepare future generations who have 21st century skills. This study is an analysis of the challenges of leaders in schools to improve learning systems, trying to do an analysis of the six aspects of analysis during the study. The main contribution of this research is related to how to deal with challenges in improving learning systems in schools that have so far faced challenges and obstacles, and these need to be analyzed and solutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study model, because this researcher is a case that must be disclosed and found a solution, looking at the gap between quality, performance and leadership in several schools that are the object of research and this research lasted for several years. four months (18 weeks), the time is indeed quite short, but researchers try to use this time effectively to produce something useful. In this case involving eight school leaders, as participants, the results of the application of the six aspects of indicators were able to improve teacher performance and from changes in the learning system as well. can be significantly improved as evidenced by the results of evaluating student learning, this research does indeed need to be deepened comprehensively. The author measures the success rate of these indicators by using a cluster system (individually intervening) individually either for the principal or when assessing students, so the writer can see the improvement.
This research starts from the concept of oral pretest, which is almost always monotonous, often carried out by teachers or lecturers when conducting teaching and learning activities in front of the class so that oral pretest is only considered a question that is not too important by students.The author tries to do research using written pretest, the aim is to improve, sharpness, thinking patterns, understanding, and intelligence. The background of this research is about the challenges in the era of globalization that continues to roll, open relationships and process systems have been enjoyed by all parties from the age of children to adults in utilizing technological facilities, in everyday life. This requires an attitude to develop the process of activities fundamental education in an effort to realize quality educational activities so as to create prosperity, global peace. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, a case study model, because the authors consider the qualitative study of case study suitable for deepening the behavior / character of each individual studied The results of the study showed that there were 8 children / students as problematic participants and involved juvenile delinquency, as a result of association in the name of the advancement of time (globalization era) then there were 2 teachers and 2 community members as informants.
