The purpose of this research is to uncover and analyze the leadership of the women head village in the rural government. This research was conducted in the Bunder Village, Pademawu sub-district of Pamekasan Regency, using a case study approach with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and observations. Informant selection by using purposive sampling is Hj. Iswan Yanti Head of Bunder Village, village offisial, community leaders. This case study shows that First, Hj. Iswan Yanti in leading the rural government prioritizes feminine traits such as sheltered, gentle, polite, polite in speaking and behaving, sympathy, empathy, and sensitivity to the needs of the community. Second, Hj Iswan Yanti combines feminine traits with democratic leadership, serving leadership, participatory, initiative, creative, and setting high standards in work. Also, Hj. Iswan Yanti in running the rural government does not limit the level of hierarchy between superiors or subordinates but regards all village offisial as friends or family. This combination of feminine and transformational leadership was a factor in Hj. Iswan Yanti's success while leading the rural government.الخلاصة: الغرض من هذا البحث هو الكشف عن وتحليل قيادة رئيسة القرية في حكومة القرية. وقد أجري هذا البحث في منطقة الفرعية في باميكاسان ريجنسي، باستخدام نهج دراسة حالة مع تقنيات جمع البيانات باستخدام المقابلات والملاحظات المتعمقة. مخبر المنصوص عليها باستخدام العينات ارشادية هي رئيس قرية, جهاز القرية, قادة المجتمع المحلي. تظهر دراسة الحالة هذه أن (1) أولاً، طرح الحاج في قيادة حكومة القرية سمات أنثوية مثل ودية، لطيفة، مهذبة، مهذبة في التحدث وسلوك، والتعاطف، والتعاطف والحساسية لاحتياجات المجتمع. (2) ثانيا، يجمع هج ايسان يانتي بين السمات الأنثوية والقيادة الديمقراطية، والقيادة التي تخدم، والمشاركة، والمبادرة، والإبداع، ووضع معايير عالية في العمل. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لا يحد هج ايسان يينتي في إدارة حكومة القرية من مستوى التسلسل الهرمي بين الرؤساء أو المرؤوسين، بل يعتبر جميع أجهزة القرية أصدقاء أو عائلة. وكان هذا المزيج من القيادة المؤنث والتحولية عاملاً في نجاح هج.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap dan menganalisis praktik kepemimpinan Kepala Desa perempuan dalam pemerintah desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bunder Kecamatan Pademawu Kabupaten Pamekasan, menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data memakai wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu Hj. Iswan Yanti Kepala Desa Bunder, aparatur desa, tokoh masyarakat. Studi kasus ini menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, Hj. Iswan Yanti dalam memimpin pemerintah desa mengedepankan sifat feminin seperti mengayomi, sikap lembut, santun, sopan dalam bertutur dan bersikap, simpati, empati dan sensitive terhadapat kebutuhan masyarakat. Kedua, Hj Iswan Yanti memadukan sifat feminin dengan kepemimpinan demokratis, kepemimpinan melayani, partisipatif, inisiatif, kreatif dan menetapkan standar tinggi dalam bekerja. Selain itu, Hj. Iswan Yanti dalam menjalankan pemerintahan desa tidak membatasi jenjang hierarki antara atasan atau bawahan, tetapi menganggap semua aparatur desa sebagai teman atau keluarga. Perpaduan kepemimpinan feminin dan transformational inilah yang menjadi faktor keberhasilan Hj. Iswan Yanti saat memimpin pemerintah desa.
This study aims to examine work ability, work motivation and performance based on individual characteristics, job characteristics and work experience of permanent lecturers at FISIP UB Malang. This type of research includes explanatory research that use a quantitative descriptive approach with census methods. Respondents numbered 86 people. The main instrument of the study was a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, data analysis using SEM. The results of this study found that: First: There is a significant influence between individual characteristics, job characteristics and work experience on work ability (amounting to 54.8%),. Second: There is a significant influence between individual characteristics, work experience and work ability to work motivation. The contribution of these three variables in explaining variations in work ability is 42.4%, with work ability as the dominant determinant of work motivation. Third: There is a significant effect between individual characteristics, work experience and work motivation on performance, with work motivation as the dominant factor in the high performance of lecturers.
Vocational high school emphasizes on the preparation of students into employment and the development of their professional attitude. This study focused on(1) the role of paired school-industrial cooperation under the dual system program and its influence to construct vocational student's work adaptability, (2) influence of student's individual characteristic on student's work adaptability. This research used the survey method with the quantitative analysis approach, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analy sis. The sample of this research was 202 vocational high school students in Greater Malang. The findings show that (1) the role of paired industrial influence positively and significantly on the dual education system is 0.544, (2) the role of paired industrial, dual education system and individual characteristic of vocational high student influence on the work adaptability of vocational high school students positively and significantly with the loading factor of 0.202; 0.318 and 0.333 respectively. It is recommended that (1) theoretically, the formulation of government's policy on the practice in industry of the district autonomy era, should be based on the education policy reform, decentralization and good governance reviewed based on the act and regulation of education ministry. (2) Practically, there should be an increase between the industry and senior vocational school about communication, evaluation, link & match, regulation and quality control on doing student practice in industry. Besides, there is a need to develop a further related research with a qualitative approach about the role of industrial paired and evaluation strategy toward dual system education implementationin order to develop the program effectively and efficiently in the future.
This study aims to analyze the quality of service in Arjosari Bus Station Malang. The service quality theory used in the study refers to the opinion of Tjiptono (2000) which consists of: physical evidence (tangibility), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study uses a descriptive approach, by taking a sample of 30 service users of Arjosari Bus Station Malang. While, the methods of analysis use the mean.The results show that the quality of service in Arjosari Bus Station Malang is good enough with an average score of 2.86. However, to improve the quality of service to the service users of the bus station, then there are several things that must be done by the local government of Malang, ie: adding free WIFI facility in bus station, fixing the layout and the exterior rooms of the bus station, and improving the room's cleanliness and coolness at the bus station environment. Furthermore, it also improves the reliability in service, such as: the simplicity for the bus station service users to consult with officials and leaders where necessary to the provision of the excellent service.
This study is important because reproductive health is not achieved in many countries, include Indonesia, this is one of the conclusions of the world conference. as individuals who have autonomy to control their body and sexuality and have the right to enjoy the highest standards of health both physically, psychologically and socially, protected by the State. Women are often in a state of being oppressed and exploited so that oppression and exploitation of women and violence against women in various forms (domestic violence, sexual violence including marital rape, rape, trafficking of women or girls, exploitation of prostitution) must end, and in increasing the role of women in reproductive health women must enter the public sector, increase women's knowledge about reproductive health and awareness women will be oppressed both physically and mentally. Feminism is an understanding that wants to respect women so that their rights and roles are more optimal and equal, there is no discrimination, marginalization and subordination. Reproductive rights and reproductive health become very important issues to be addressed, because it involves issues of women's human rights.
