This study aims to understand the management of Child-Friendly Schools (SRA) of PAUD inclusive which was carried out at PAUD Cendekia Kids School and the All Kids Learning House in Madiun City, East Java. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. The technique of collecting data is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique starts from the data display, data reduction, until drawing conclusions. The results showed that; First, PAUD Scholar Kids School and the All Kids Learning House have their respective characteristics in implementing inclusive PAUD management, by adjusting to the conditions of existing institutions. secondly, child-friendly inclusive PAUD management at Cendekia Kids School is in the process of finding shapes while the All Kids Learning House had a shape; third, the obstacles in trying to realize the SRA at Cendekia Kids School are different from those at the All Kids Learning House; fourth, the biggest obstacle to management is human resource management competence; fifth, the two institutions do not have legality as child-friendly PAUD, but in its implementation, it is already appropriate as a child-friendly inclusive PAUD.
Human resource management is oriented to optimizing a working system in an organization. Kindergarten teacher development management is needed to meet the qualifications so that all teachers are able to have competence in the field of early childhood education so as to improve the quality of educational institutions, Early childhood is a golden age or golden age, so in learning kindergarten teachers do not only act as a conveyer of information to students However, teachers are required to have the ability and understand the uniqueness of each student in order to help them in various difficulties in developing creativity and learning. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of Miles and Huberman's model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding become the data analysis techniques in this study. The research findings show that teacher development at TK IT Nur Al Izhar is done by coaching, counseling, mentoring, motivating, and empowering through; 1) professional training, 2) collective activities of teachers such as Clusters, IGTKI, KKG, and PGRI, 3) participation in scientific forums in the form of technical guidance, workshops, seminars, 4) mentoring the learning process.
Teacherpreneurship skills are expected to be possessed by PAUD teachers to answer today's challenges. Teacherpreneurship skills can be developed starting from PG PAUD students, as future PAUD teacher candidates. PG PAUD UNIPMA applied 4 BKP MBKM (student exchanges, internships, research, and entrepreneurship) to develop teacherpreneurship skills. However, it is not yet known how the role of MBKM in realizing this would be. So the question that arises would be how the role of MBKM on teacherprenership skills is. This research s a quantitative descriptive study that aimed to describe the role of MBKM on teacherpreneurship skills. The research subjects were students of the PG PAUD UNIPMA who participated in the MBKM program and the object was teacherpreneurship skills. Data were collected from teacherpreneurship questionnaire with indicators of role in creativity and effectiveness. The results showed that 61.54% stated that the role of MBKM was good and 38.46 % stated that the role of MBKM was very good for teacherpreneurship skills.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan manajemen KKG TK Gugus I TK Kecamatan Manguharjo Kota Madiun yang meliputi: 1) perencanaan, 2) pengorganisasian, 3) pelaksanaan, dan 4) pengontrolan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi kualitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah Center for the Study of Evaluation (CSE) dan University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: 1) perencanaan KKG TK selama ini tidak efektif, 2) pengorganisasian di KKG TK tidak efektif, 3) pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG TK tidak efektif, dan 4) Pengontrolan kegiatan di KKG TK tidak efektif. Yang menjadi kendala terbesar dari ketidak efektifan manajemen KKG TK Gugus I Kecamatan Manguharjo Kota Madiun adalah kemampuan sumber daya manusia, pemahaman tentang pentingnya KKG, dan biaya dalam pelaksanaan KKG TK.Kata kunci: Manajemen KKG TK, Keefektifan manajemen pendidikan, Kelompok Kerja Guru Taman kanak-kanak.
