The main task of using information technologies is not only the automation of labor-intensive processing processes, a large amount of data, but also the acquisition of qualitatively new information resources. Taking into account that information technologies today play a very important role in the development of various socio-economic processes, it is important to understand that they must develop and improve. Today, there are many problems in the development of modern information technologies, which is invariably reflected in the level of economic development of Uzbekistan. The first important issue is the training of information technology personnel. In order to get good specialists, the training process must be properly organized, centralized, and must be carried out using modern technologies. Also among the topical problems of modern information technologies are the prevalence of foreign information technologies in this area and a low percentage of domestic ones. In addition, an equally important problem of the information space of Uzbekistan is the lack of coordinated work between its individual information sectors (commercial, regional, state). The lack of proper interaction between these sectors leads to their ineffective work. It should be noted here that in Uzbekistan different regions have different degrees of information content. And this is the main constraint on the development of information technology. After all, it is the high level of informatization of citizens that is a necessary component of social progress. The presented work describes an automated farm management system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which was implemented within the framework of a scientific project of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The experience of application, implementation of information technologies, information systems, scientific search systems and databases for processing, storage, analysis of data and results of scientific research, organization of research activities in the agricultural sector.
Currently, digital technologies are widely used both in the development of mass sports and sports of high achievements. Achievements in many sports disciplines are unthinkable without the use of various technical control schemes and computer processing. The development of sports focused on high world results requires the development and implementation of special technologies that allow planning to obtain extreme physiological and physical indicators of athletes by the time of the competition. The specificity of the tasks to be solved lies in the fact that each person is considered as a complex system, the state of which depends on many different factors. The manifestation of some of the factors can be traced according to the results of tests and competitions. Another part of the factors has a hidden, latent nature, individual for each person, and lies at the genetic level. The problem is how to find patterns that reflect the relationship between physiological, genetic and athletic performance. Coaches often make decisions based on their experience and intuition. As a rule, this is not always enough to achieve the goals set for the athletes. As one of the means of solving the problems described above, the use of methods of intellectual data analysis is proposed (IDA).
In the agricultural sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a tendency to automate production and business processes can be seen. Agriculture automation helps to significantly reduce the amount of manual labour, while increasing work efficiency. It is possible to single out the following practical advantages of introducing automation in the agricultural sector: it becomes possible to manage production, technological and business operations in an optimized and effortless manner; the competitiveness of the goods is growing through improving the quality and reducing the cost; the productivity of agricultural enterprises increases; cost minimization leads to a drop in the cost price of manufacture of products, and a manufacturing organization can offer the products at a price, which is affordable for the buyer and at the same time profitable for the manufacturing organization. The use of modern technologies for the ‘intellectualization’ of agriculture makes it possible to preserve and restore the beneficial properties of groundwater and soil; to provide environmentally safe and effective pest control; to remotely monitor compliance with the certification requirements of organic agriculture. It is necessary to automate not only production, but also business processes in the agricultural sector. The main goal is to increase the productivity of enterprises, minimize the number of errors associated with the ‘human factor,’ and reduce the amount of ‘manual labour’. The article substantiates a systematic approach to the formation of the information space of an agricultural enterprise, taking into account the needs of all participants in process management, the choice of a software and hardware platform and methods for automating the software development process.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
