The relevance of the study is due to the problem of forming the concept of the information environment from the point of view of management. The theoretical foundations for the construction and practical application of the information environment of educational institutions are given, a model of an individual educational trajectory is designed, and the methodology for modeling the information environment of educational institutions based on systems theory is described. This is important, since the information environment helps to improve the efficiency and quality of the educational process through the implementation of information technology capabilities. An individual educational trajectory is considered as a process of making a decision by a student based on a system of individual values and personal meanings; contains a qualification model of a specialist in the world of professions and opportunities for the implementation of vital plans. The qualification model of a specialist includes a qualification portrait of a specialist, regulatory requirements – a set of linguistic assessments and a set of numerical assessments that meet the requirements of employers. As a result of the study, a systematic approach was applied, which makes it possible to determine the limitations of the system's functioning, the procedure for planning activities and the system for stimulating elements of the organization. A detailed review of the main models of interaction between the elements of the organization is made: bureaucratic, democratic participation and parity compromise. The bureaucratic model is characterized by a clear hierarchy of rules and decisions, strict regulation of job descriptions. The model of democratic participation is focused on the development of creative abilities of an employee, when, performing a particular function, he expects to achieve personal goals, directing his efforts to achieve the goals of the organization. The results of the study are aimed at an effective choice of interaction models depending on the main elements of systemic activities in educational institutions related to improving the quality of work and education
The object of this study is the quality of distance learning. The need for procedures to assess the quality of this form of education was manifested most clearly in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, wars, and other global problems, which predetermine the relevance of the study. The study considers the construction of a decision support model for assessing the quality of distance learning. Underlying the method is a combination of the method of expert assessments and the criterion model of data analysis, the basic method for analyzing the data obtained is the method of hierarchy analysis. Structural and functional schemes of the quality management system for distance learning are proposed. During the study, 10 criteria and 52 indicators were selected, and the weight of each indicator was calculated. Based on the weight values obtained, a scheme of the criteria model of decision support was built to assess the quality of distance learning. During the expert evaluation of the criteria and indicators, it was determined that the weight of indicators within the criterion ranges from 0.09953 to 0.34262. Such a difference in weight values indicates the optimality of the set of indicators within the criterion. Due to the combination of a criteria-based approach to data analysis in combination with the method of expert assessments, the model can be easily adapted for a point assessment of individual components and finding problem areas in the implementation of distance learning and management decision-making. The results of the study reported here may be of interest to both heads of educational institutions and employees of services involved in processing information about the organization and reporting for strategic decision-making.
Digitalization of all spheres of life has led to the fact that organizations store a large amount of information in various data sources. The process of strategic decision-making may involve an in-depth analysis of data on many items of the organization's production cycle. However, data collection in this case can take weeks. This is quite a long time for prompt decision-making. The object of the study is data stored in the corporate information system of the organization, methods of their analysis for making management decisions. The subject of the study is the automation of work with data within the corporate analytical system, the identification of data analysis patterns, as well as the design of an information analysis system of a university. The presented information analysis system will solve the problem of consolidating disparate data of corporate information systems, as well as operational data of the organization. This is ensured by the creation of a metadatabase and the formation of an information analysis system add-on using PowerBI technologies. The generally accepted design scheme of the information system was modernized demonstrating the place of the metadatabase within the corporate information system of the university. A model of data analysis based on the formation of production rules for building a decision tree on the example of human resources analysis is presented. The results of this study can be useful to analysts, executives and senior managers of large organizations in creating an analysis system for the organization's performance
The article considers new methods and technologies for improving the process of centralized monitoring of the quality of education and training on the example of preschool educational institutions in Kazakhstan. General principles and approaches to the digital transformation of educational processes are proposed. The concept of "managing the process of monitoring the level of formation of competencies of preschool children" has been formalized in the context of digital transformation, taking into account the specifics of the Kazakhstan model of education. A model and algorithm for modifying the scale for assessing the level of competency development is proposed. A prototype of the monitoring process management system for mastering the content of a typical curriculum for preschool education and training, implemented using the technologies of production expert systems, the functionality of which includes the automated generation of a digital individual map of the child's development and recommendations for individual corrective work with the child, is presented.
