The authors of the article analyse the social and personal dimensions of the targets of the strategic development of educational policy of Ukraine under integration into the European educational space in their cultural and historical integrity. On the examples of comparison of foreign experience, achievements of modern progressive democracies, it is explained that the path of Ukrainian state formation determines the need for optimal civilizational choice of priorities, based on which - education and upbringing of the nation. It is shown that in contrast to the EU, where the strategic basis in the field of education and training is determined by teachers, in Ukraine the problem of teacher training, deepening the content of their education, decent financial rewards, etc. is not only obvious but also glaring. Further integration of the country into the world economic and cultural space encourages the synchronization of the Ukrainian education with European. It is proved that the issues of concretization of value content and development of methodology for training competent specialists in the field of educational policy for Ukraine, on the one hand, and personal and professional selection, training for work in the field of state education policy - on the other are important. The necessity of creating an educational and research institution in Ukraine - the Institute for Educational Policy Research - is substantiated.

У статті досліджено сутність та особливості психопедагогічного супроводу ефективного лідера ХХІ століття. Обґрунтовано, що загальнонауковий синергетичний підхід охоплює всю цілісність універсального процесу самоорганізації. Конкретизовано основні напрямки його реалізації. Практичний аспект роботи пояснено на прикладі впровадження психопедагогічного практикуму для лідерів місцевого самоврядування. Purpose: The goal of the work is to find opportunities and prospects for a successful exit of the global economy from the 2020 crisis, which avoids the collapse of the social market economy and embarks on the path to a new model of sustainable development. Design/Methodology/Approach : The work uses a set of general scientific methods within the framework of the system approach, including methods of induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis, modeling of socio-economic systems, as well as graphic representation of research materials. Findings : The change in the model of sustainable development under the influence of the crisis of 2020 is justified. A new - pyramidal model of sustainable development, emerging under the influence of the crisis of 2020, has been developed, in which the directions of sustainable development are more integrated. Originality/Value : It has been proved that the 2020 crisis is not necessarily led to the collapse of a social market economy - a fairly likely scenario is associated with setting humanity on the way to a new model of sustainable development. Its most important features will be, firstly, increasing the importance, prioritizing social and environmental goals and becoming their foundation for the realization of economic goals. Secondly, the recognition of the «failure of the market» with sustainable development and the assumption by the state of a key role in their implementation instead of creating «rules of the game».
